| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[76:30] | Wama tashaoona illa anyashaa Allahu inna Allaha kanaAAaleeman hakeeman
|  وما تشاءون إلا أن يشاء الله إن الله كان عليما حكيما
وَمَا تَشَاؤُونَ إِلَّا أَن يَشَاءَ اللَّهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا |
| Words | |وما - And not| تشاءون - you will| إلا - except| أن - that| يشاء - wills| الله - Allah.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| كان - is| عليما - All-Knower,| حكيما - All-Wise.| |

| አላህም ካልሻ በስተቀር አትሹም፡፡ አላህ ዐዋቂ ጥበበኛ ነውና፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { وما تشاءون } بالتاء والياء اتخاذ السبيل بالطاعة { إلا أن يشاء الله } ذلك { إن الله كان عليما } بخلقه { حكيما } في فعله. |
| Ur tbeqqum, siwa ma Ib$a Öebbi. Öebbi, s tidep, d Amusnaw, d Bab n ûûwab. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আল্লাহর অভিপ্রায় ব্যতিরেকে তোমরা অন্য কোন অভিপ্রায় পোষণ করবে না। আল্লাহ সর্বজ্ঞ প্রজ্ঞাময়। |
| Literal | And you do not will/want except that (E) God wills/wants/intends, that truly God was/is knowledgeable, wise/judicious. |
| Yusuf Ali | But ye will not, except as Allah wills; for Allah is full of Knowledge and Wisdom. |
| Pickthal | Yet ye will not, unless Allah willeth. Lo! Allah is Knower, Wise. |
