| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[72:18] | Waanna almasajida lillahi falatadAAoo maAAa Allahi ahadan
|  وأن المساجد لله فلا تدعوا مع الله أحدا
وَأَنَّ الْمَسَاجِدَ لِلَّهِ فَلَا تَدْعُوا مَعَ اللَّهِ أَحَدًا |
| Words | |وأن - And that| المساجد - the masjids| لله - (are) for Allah,| فلا - so (do) not| تدعوا - call| مع - with| الله - Allah| أحدا - anyone.| |

| እነሆ መስጊዶችም የአላህ ብቻ ናቸው፡፡ (በውስጣቸው) ከአላህ ጋር አንድንም አትገዙ (ማለትም)፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { وأن المساجد } مواضع الصلاة { لله فلا تدعوا } فيها { مع الله أحدا } بأن تشركوا كما كانت اليهود والنصارى إذا دخلوا كنائسهم وبيعهم أشركوا. |
| Leowamaâ n Öebbi. Ur naâôet yiwen ar tama n Öebbi. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | এবং এই ওহীও করা হয়েছে যে, মসজিদসমূহ আল্লাহ তা’আলাকে স্মরণ করার জন্য। অতএব, তোমরা আল্লাহ তা’আলার সাথে কাউকে ডেকো না। |
| Literal | 'And that (E) the mosques (are) to God, so do not call anyone with God.' |
| Yusuf Ali | "And the places of worship are for Allah (alone): So invoke not any one along with Allah; |
