| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[7:46] | Wabaynahuma hijabunwaAAala al-aAArafi rijalun yaAArifoonakullan biseemahum wanadaw as-habaaljannati an salamun AAalaykum lam yadkhuloohawahum yatmaAAoona
|  وبينهما حجاب وعلى الأعراف رجال يعرفون كلا بسيماهم ونادوا أصحاب الجنة أن سلام عليكم لم يدخلوها وهم يطمعون
وَبَيْنَهُمَا حِجَابٌ وَعَلَى الْأَعْرَافِ رِجَالٌ يَعْرِفُونَ كُلاًّ بِسِيمَاهُمْ وَنَادَوْاْ أَصْحَابَ الْجَنَّةِ أَن سَلاَمٌ عَلَيْكُمْ لَمْ يَدْخُلُوهَا وَهُمْ يَطْمَعُونَ |
| Words | |وبينهما - And between them| حجاب - (will be) a partition,| وعلى - and on| الأعراف - the heights| رجال - (will be) men| يعرفون - recognizing| كلا - all| بسيماهم - by their marks.| ونادوا - And they will call out| أصحاب - (to the) companions| الجنة - (of) Paradise| أن - that| سلام - "Peace| عليكم - (be) upon you."| لم - Not| يدخلوها - they have entered it| وهم - but they| يطمعون - hope.| |

| በመካከላቸውም ግርዶሽ አልለ፡፡ በአዕራፍም ላይ ሁሉንም በምልክታቸው የሚያውቁ ሰዎች አልሉ፡፡ የገነትንም ሰዎች ሰላም ለናንተ ይኹን በማለት ይጣራሉ፡፡ እነርሱም (የአዕራፍ ሰዎች) የሚከጅሉ ሲኾኑ ገና አልገቧትም፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | ( وبينهما ) أي أصحاب الجنة والنار ( حجاب ) حاجز قيل هو سور الأعراف ( وعلى الأعراف ) وهو سور الجنة ( رجال ) استوت حسناتهم وسيئاتهم كما في الحديث ( يعرفون كلا ) من أهل الجنة والنار ( بسيماهم ) بعلامتهم وهي بياض الوجوه للمؤمنين وسوادها للكافرين لرؤيتهم لهم إذ موضعهم عال ( ونادوا أصحاب الجنة أن سلام عليكم ) قال تعالى ( لم يدخلوها ) أي أصحاب الأعراف الجنة ( وهم يطمعون ) في دخولها قال الحسن : لم يطمعهم إلا لكرامة يريدها بهم وروى الحاكم عن حذيفة قال "" بينما هم كذلك إذ طلع عليهم ربك فقال قوموا ادخلوا الجنة فقد غفرت لكم "" . |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | উভয়ের মাঝখানে একটি প্রাচীর থাকবে এবং আরাফের উপরে অনেক লোক থাকবে। তারা প্রত্যেককে তার চিহ্ন দ্বারা চিনে নেবে। তারা জান্নাতীদেরকে ডেকে বলবেঃ তোমাদের উপর শান্তি বর্ষিত হোক। তারা তখনও জান্নাতে প্রবেশ করবে না, কিন্তু প্রবেশ করার ব্যাপারে আগ্রহী হবে। |
| Literal | And between them (B) (is) a partition/barrier/protection , and on the fence between Heaven and Hell/the highest tip of anything (are) men they know each/all with (by) their marks/identifications/expressions, and they called/cried (to) the Paradises' company/friends : "That a greeting/security/peace on you." They did not enter it and they are coveting/desiring . |
