| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[7:179] | Walaqad thara/na lijahannamakatheeran mina aljinni waal-insi lahum quloobun layafqahoona biha walahum aAAyunun la yubsiroonabiha walahum athanun la yasmaAAoona bihaola-ika kaal-anAAami bal hum adalluola-ika humu alghafiloona
|  ولقد ذرأنا لجهنم كثيرا من الجن والإنس لهم قلوب لا يفقهون بها ولهم أعين لا يبصرون بها ولهم آذان لا يسمعون بها أولئك كالأنعام بل هم أضل أولئك هم الغافلون
وَلَقَدْ ذَرَأْنَا لِجَهَنَّمَ كَثِيرًا مِّنَ الْجِنِّ وَالْإِنسِ لَهُمْ قُلُوبٌ لاَّ يَفْقَهُونَ بِهَا وَلَهُمْ أَعْيُنٌ لاَّ يُبْصِرُونَ بِهَا وَلَهُمْ آذَانٌ لاَّ يَسْمَعُونَ بِهَا أُوْلَـئِكَ كَالْأَنْعَامِ بَلْ هُمْ أَضَلُّ أُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الْغَافِلُونَ |
| Words | |ولقد - And certainly| ذرأنا - We have created| لجهنم - for Hell| كثيرا - many| من - of| الجن - the jinn| والإنس - and men.| لهم - For them| قلوب - (are) hearts| لا - (but) not| يفقهون - they understand| بها - with them,| ولهم - and for them| أعين - (are) eyes| لا - (but) not| يبصرون - they see| بها - with them,| ولهم - and for them| آذان - (are) ears| لا - (but) not| يسمعون - they hear| بها - with them.| أولئك - Those| كالأنعام - (are) like cattle,| بل - nay| هم - they| أضل - (are) more astray.| أولئك - Those -| هم - they| الغافلون - (are) the heedless.| |

| ከጋኔንም ከሰዎችም ብዙዎችን ለገሀነም በእርግጥ ፈጠርን፡፡ ለእነርሱ በርሳቸው የማያውቁባቸው ልቦች አሏቸው፡፡ ለእነሱም በሳቸው የማያዩባቸው ዓይኖች አሉዋቸው፡፡ ለእነሱም በሳቸው የማይሰሙባቸው ጆሮዎች አሉዋቸው፡፡ እነዚያ እንደ እንስሳዎች ናቸው፡፡ ይልቁንም እነርሱ በጣም የተሳሳቱ ናቸው፡፡ እነዚያ ዘንጊዎቹ እነርሱ ናቸው፤ |
| آل الجلالين | { ولقد ذَرأْنا } خلقنا { لجهنم كثيرا من الجن والإنس لهم قلوب لا يفقهون بها } الحق { ولهم أعين لا يبصرون بها } دلائل قدرة الله بصر اعتبار { ولهم آذان لا يسمعون بها } الآيات والمواعظ سماع تدبر واتعاظ { أولئك كالأنعام } في عدم الفقه والبصر والاستماع { بل هم أضل } من الأنعام لأنها تطلب منافعها وتهرب من مضارها وهؤلاء يقدمون على النار معاندة { أولئك هم الغافلون } . |
| Ni$ Neswejd ed, i Loahennama, aîas n leonun akked yimdanen. Sâan ulawen, ur fehhmen yissen; sâan allen, ur pwalin yissent; sâan imeééu$en, ur sellen yissen. Nitni am lmal, ne$ nnetlafen kteô. Wigi d i$wefliyen. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আর আমি সৃষ্টি করেছি দোযখের জন্য বহু জ্বিন ও মানুষ। তাদের অন্তর রয়েছে, তার দ্বারা বিবেচনা করে না, তাদের চোখ রয়েছে, তার দ্বারা দেখে না, আর তাদের কান রয়েছে, তার দ্বারা শোনে না। তারা চতুষ্পদ জন্তুর মত; বরং তাদের চেয়েও নিকৃষ্টতর। তারাই হল গাফেল, শৈথিল্যপরায়ণ। |
| Literal | And We had created/seeded to Hell many from the Jinns , and the human/mankind, for them (are) hearts/minds they do not understand/learn with it, and for them (are) eyes/sights they do not see/look/understand with it, and for them (are) ears they do not hear/listen with it, those are as the camels/livestock, but they are more misguided, those are the ignoring/neglecting . |
| Yusuf Ali | Many are the Jinns and men we have made for Hell: They have hearts wherewith they understand not, eyes wherewith they see not, and ears wherewith they hear not. They are like cattle,- nay more misguided: for they are heedless (of warning). |
