| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[68:33] | Kathalika alAAathabu walaAAathabual-akhirati akbaru law kanoo yaAAlamoona
|  كذلك العذاب ولعذاب الآخرة أكبر لو كانوا يعلمون
كَذَلِكَ الْعَذَابُ وَلَعَذَابُ الْآخِرَةِ أَكْبَرُ لَوْ كَانُوا يَعْلَمُونَ |
| Words | |كذلك - Such| العذاب - (is) the punishment.| ولعذاب - And surely the punishment| الآخرة - (of) the Hereafter| أكبر - (is) greater,| لو - if| كانوا - they| يعلمون - know.| |

| ቅጣቱ እንደዚሁ ነው፡፡ የመጨረሻይቱም ዓለም ቅጣት ታላቅ ነው፡፡ የሚያውቁት በኾኑ ኖሮ (በተጠነቀቁ ነበር)፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { كذلك } أي مثل العذاب لهؤلاء { العذاب } لمن خالف أمرنا من كفار مكة وغيرهم { ولعذاب الآخرة أكبر لو كانوا يعلمون } عذابها ما خالفوا أمرنا، ونزل لما قالوا إن بعثنا نعطى أفضل منكم: |
| Am akka, aqeîîi. Aqeîîi n laxeôt, war ccekk, meqqweô kteô, lemmer éôin! |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | শাস্তি এভাবেই আসে এবং পরকালের শাস্তি আরও গুরুতর; যদি তারা জানত! |
| Literal | As/like that (is) the torture, and the end's (other life's) torture (E) (is) greater if they were knowing. |
| Yusuf Ali | Such is the Punishment (in this life); but greater is the Punishment in the Hereafter,- if only they knew! |
