بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

1 [6:147] | Fa-in kaththabooka faqul rabbukum thoorahmatin wasiAAatin wala yuraddu ba/suhuAAani alqawmi almujrimeena
| فإن كذبوك فقل ربكم ذو رحمة واسعة ولا يرد بأسه عن القوم المجرمين فَإِن كَذَّبُوكَ فَقُل رَّبُّكُمْ ذُو رَحْمَةٍ وَاسِعَةٍ وَلاَ يُرَدُّ بَأْسُهُ عَنِ الْقَوْمِ الْمُجْرِمِينَ |
Words | |فإن - But if| كذبوك - they deny you| فقل - then say,| ربكم - "Your Lord| ذو - (is the) Possessor| رحمة - (of) Mercy| واسعة - Vast,| ولا - but not| يرد - will be turned back| بأسه - His wrath| عن - from| القوم - the people| المجرمين - (who are) criminals."| |

| ቢያስተባብሉህም፡- «ጌታችሁ የሰፊ ችሮታ ባለቤት ነው፡፡ ብርቱ ቅጣቱም ከአመጸኞች ሕዝቦች ላይ አይመለስም» በላቸው፡፡ |
آل الجلالين | { فإن كذَّبوك } فيما جئت به { فقل } لهم { ربكم ذو رحمة واسعة } حيث لم يعاجلكم بالعقوبة وفيه تلطف بدعائهم إلى الإيمان { ولا يُرد بأسه } عذابه إذا جاء { عن القوم المجرمين } . |
| Ma skaddben k, ini: "Mass nnwen d Bab uêunu iwsâan, ur ipwexxiô ssexv iS, af ugdud ibe$wviyen". |
মুহিউদ্দীন খান | যদি তারা আপনাকে মিথ্যবাদী বলে, তবে বলে দিনঃ তোমার প্রতিপালক সুপ্রশস্ত করুণার মালিক। তাঁর শাস্তি অপরাধীদের উপর থেকে টলবে না। |
Literal | So if they denied you , so say: "Your Lord (is owner) of abundant mercy, and His might/power is not to be returned from the nation the criminals/sinners . |
Yusuf Ali | If they accuse thee of falsehood, say: "Your Lord is full of mercy all-embracing; but from people in guilt never will His wrath be turned back. |
Pickthal | So if they give the lie to thee (Muhammad), say: Your Lord is a Lord of All-Embracing Mercy, and His wrath will never be withdrawn from guilty folk. |
Arberry | So, if they cry thee lies, say: 'Your Lord is of mercy all-embracing, and His might will never be turned back from the people of the sinners.' |
Shakir | But if they give you the lie, then say: Your Lord is the Lord of All-encompassing mercy; and His punishment cannot be averted from the guilty people. |
Sarwar | The pagans will say, "Had God wanted, we would not have worshipped idols, nor would our fathers, nor would we have made anything unlawful." Others before them had also spoken such lies until they experienced the severity of Our wrath. (Muhammad), ask them, "Do you possess any knowledge? If so, tell us about it. You follow only conjectures and preach falsehood." |
