بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

1 [52:26] | Qaloo inna kunna qablufee ahlina mushfiqeena
| قالوا إنا كنا قبل في أهلنا مشفقين قَالُوا إِنَّا كُنَّا قَبْلُ فِي أَهْلِنَا مُشْفِقِينَ |
Words | |قالوا - They will say,| إنا - "Indeed, we| كنا - [we] were| قبل - before| في - among| أهلنا - our families| مشفقين - fearful,| |

| «እኛ ፊት በቤተሰቦቻችን ውስጥ (ከቅጣት) ፈሪዎች ነበርን» ይላሉ፡፡ |
آل الجلالين | { قالوا } إيماء إلى علة الوصول { إنا كنا قبل في أهلنا } في الدنيا { مشفقين } خائفين من عذاب الله . |
| Nnan d: "ni$ nella, zik, di twacult nne$, nugad. |
মুহিউদ্দীন খান | তারা বলবেঃ আমরা ইতিপূর্বে নিজেদের বাসগৃহে ভীত-কম্পিত ছিলাম। |
Literal | They said: "We were before in our people/family afraid/compassionate ." |
Yusuf Ali | They will say: "Aforetime, we were not without fear for the sake of our people. |
