بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ

Ith dakhaloo AAalayhi faqaloosalaman qala salamun qawmun munkaroona إذ دخلوا عليه فقالوا سلاما قال سلام قوم منكرون
إِذْ دَخَلُوا عَلَيْهِ فَقَالُوا سَلَامًا قَالَ سَلَامٌ قَوْمٌ مُّنكَرُونَ
 Words|إذ - When| دخلوا - they entered| عليه - upon him| فقالوا - and said,| سلاما - "Peace."| قال - He said,| سلام - "Peace,| قوم - a people| منكرون - unknown."|

በእርሱ ላይ በገቡና «ሰለም» ባሉ ጊዜ (አስታውስ)፡፡ «ሰላም ያልታወቃችሁ ሕዝቦች ናችሁ፤» አላቸው፡፡
آل الجلالين{ إذ } ظرف لحديث ضيف { دخلوا عليه فقالوا سلاما } أي هذا اللفظ { قال سلام } أي هذا اللفظ { قوم منكرون } لا نعرفهم قال ذلك في نفسه وهو خبر مبتدأ مقدر أي هؤلاء .
Kecmen $uôes, nnan as: "tifrat"! Inna: "tifrat a wid ur nessin!"
মুহিউদ্দীন খানযখন তারা তাঁর কাছে উপস্থিত হয়ে বললঃ সালাম, তখন সে বললঃ সালাম। এরা তো অপরিচিত লোক।
LiteralWhen they entered on him, so they said: "A greeting/security/peace." He said: "A greeting/security/peace (you) unknown/disguised nation."
Yusuf AliBehold, they entered his presence, and said: "Peace!" He said, "Peace!" (and thought, "These seem) unusual people."
PickthalWhen they came in unto him and said: Peace! he answered, Peace! (and thought): Folk unknown (to me).
Arberry When they entered unto him, saying 'Peace!' he said 'Peace! You are a people unknown to me.'

Abul Ala Maududiجب وہ اُس کے ہاں آئے تو کہا آپ کو سلام ہے اُس نے کہا "آپ لوگوں کو بھی سلام ہے کچھ نا آشنا سے لوگ ہیں"
Ahmed Aliجب کہ وہ اس پر داخل ہوئے پھر انہوں نے سلام کیا ابراھیم نے سوال کا جواب دیا (خیال کیا) کچھ اجنبی سے لوگ ہیں
