| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[50:23] | Waqala qareenuhu hatha maladayya AAateedun
|  وقال قرينه هذا ما لدي عتيد
وَقَالَ قَرِينُهُ هَذَا مَا لَدَيَّ عَتِيدٌ |
| Words | |وقال - And (will) say| قرينه - his companion,| هذا - "This| ما - (is) what| لدي - (is) with me| عتيد - ready."| |

| ቁራኛውም (መልአክ) «ይህ ያ እኔ ዘንድ ያለው ቀራቢ ነው» ይላል፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { وقال قرينه } الملك الموكل به { هذا ما } أي الذي { لديَّ عتيد } حاضر فيقال لمالك . |

| Literal | And his companion said: "That what (is) at me (is) prepared/made ready." |
