| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[5:30] | FatawwaAAat lahu nafsuhu qatlaakheehi faqatalahu faasbaha mina alkhasireena
|  فطوعت له نفسه قتل أخيه فقتله فأصبح من الخاسرين
فَطَوَّعَتْ لَهُ نَفْسُهُ قَتْلَ أَخِيهِ فَقَتَلَهُ فَأَصْبَحَ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ |
| Words | |فطوعت - Then prompted| له - to him| نفسه - his soul| قتل - (to) kill| أخيه - his brother,| فقتله - so he killed him| فأصبح - and became| من - of| الخاسرين - the losers.| |

| ነፍሱም ወንድሙን መግደልን ለርሱ ሸለመችለት፤(አነሳሳችው፤)፡፡ ገደለውም፡፡ ከከሳሪዎቹም ኾነ፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { فطوَّعت } زينت { له نفسه قتل أخيه فقتله فأصبح } فصار { من الخاسرين } بقتله ولم يدرِ ما يصنع به لأنه أول ميت على وجه الأرض من بني آدم فحمله على ظهره . |
| Iaâzem, deg iman is, ad ine$ gma s, d$a in$a t. Igwra d seg imexsuôen. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | অতঃপর তার অন্তর তাকে ভ্রাতৃহত্যায় উদুদ্ধ করল। অনন্তর সে তাকে হত্যা করল। ফলে সে ক্ষতিগ্রস্তদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হয়ে গেল। |
| Literal | So his self consented for him, his brother's killing/murdering, so he killed him, so he became from the losers. |
