بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

1 [46:20] | Wayawma yuAAradu allatheenakafaroo AAala alnnari athhabtum tayyibatikumfee hayatikumu alddunya waistamtaAAtumbiha faalyawma tujzawna AAathaba alhooni bimakuntum tastakbiroona fee al-ardi bighayri alhaqqiwabima kuntum tafsuqoona
| ويوم يعرض الذين كفروا على النار أذهبتم طيباتكم في حياتكم الدنيا واستمتعتم بها فاليوم تجزون عذاب الهون بما كنتم تستكبرون في الأرض بغير الحق وبما كنتم تفسقون وَيَوْمَ يُعْرَضُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا عَلَى النَّارِ أَذْهَبْتُمْ طَيِّبَاتِكُمْ فِي حَيَاتِكُمُ الدُّنْيَا وَاسْتَمْتَعْتُم بِهَا فَالْيَوْمَ تُجْزَوْنَ عَذَابَ الْهُونِ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَسْتَكْبِرُونَ فِي الْأَرْضِ بِغَيْرِ الْحَقِّ وَبِمَا كُنتُمْ تَفْسُقُونَ |
Words | |ويوم - And (the) Day| يعرض - will be exposed| الذين - those who| كفروا - disbelieved| على - to| النار - the Fire.| أذهبتم - "You exhausted| طيباتكم - your good things| في - in| حياتكم - your life| الدنيا - (of) the world,| واستمتعتم - and you took your pleasures| بها - therein.| فاليوم - So today| تجزون - you will be recompensed| عذاب - (with) a punishment| الهون - humiliating| بما - because| كنتم - you were| تستكبرون - arrogant| في - in| الأرض - the earth| بغير - without| الحق - [the] right| وبما - and because| كنتم - you were| تفسقون - defiantly disobedient."| |

| እነዚያም የካዱት በእሳት ላይ በሚጋፈጡ ቀን «ጣፋጮቻችሁን በአነስተኛይቱ ሕይወታችሁ አሳለፋችሁ፡፡ በእርሷም ተጣቀማችሁ፡፡ ስለዚህ በምድር ላይ ያለ አግባብ ትኮሩ በነበራችሁትና ታምጹ በነበራችሁት ዛሬ የውርደትን ቅጣት ትምመነዳላችሁ» (ይባላሉ)፡፡ |
آل الجلالين | { ويوم يُعرض الذي كفروا على النار } بأن تكشف لهم يقال لهم { أذهبتم } بهمزة وبهمزتين وبهمزة ومدة وبهما وتسهيل الثانية { طيباتكم } باشتغالكم بلذاتكم { في حياتكم الدنيا واستمتعتم } تمتعتم { بها فاليوم تجزون عذاب الهُون } أي الهوان { بما كنتم تستكبرون } تتكبرون { في الأرض بغير الحق وبما كنتم تفسقون } به وتعذبون بها . |
| Ass ideg ara kecmen ar tmes, wid ijehlen: "tvegâam tiéidanin i s tezham, di tmeddurt nnwen di ddunit. Assa, a ppeppuqeîîim s uâaqeb isdullun, imi tessem$waôem iman nnwen di tmurt, ur teklalem; imi tellam tbe$wlem". |
মুহিউদ্দীন খান | যেদিন কাফেরদেরকে জাহান্নামের কাছে উপস্থিত করা হবে সেদিন বলা হবে, তোমরা তোমাদের সুখ পার্থিব জীবনেই নিঃশেষ করেছ এবং সেগুলো ভোগ করেছ সুতরাং আজ তোমাদেরকে অপমানকর আযাবের শাস্তি দেয়া হবে; কারণ, তোমরা পৃথিবীতে অন্যায় ভাবে অহংকার করতে এবং তোমরা পাপাচার করতে। |
Literal | And a day/time those who disbelieved be displayed/exhibited on (to) the fire : "You wiped off/eliminated your good (deeds) in your life the present/worldly life, and you lived long/enjoyed with it, so the day/today you are being reimbursed (the) torture (of) the humiliation/disgrace because (of) what you were being arrogant in the earth/Planet Earth without the right , and because (of) what you were debauching ." |
Yusuf Ali | And on the Day that the Unbelievers will be placed before the Fire, (It will be said to them): "Ye received your good things in the life of the world, and ye took your pleasure out of them: but today shall ye be recompensed with a Penalty of humiliation: for that ye were arrogant on earth without just cause, and that ye (ever) transgressed." |
Pickthal | And on the day when those who disbelieve are exposed to the Fire (it will be said): Ye squandered your good things in the life of the world and sought comfort therein. Now this day ye are rewarded with the doom of ignominy because ye were disdainful in the land without a right, and because ye used to transgress. |
Arberry | Upon the day when the unbelievers are exposed to the Fire: 'You dissipated your good things in your present life, and you took your enjoyment in them; therefore today you shall be recompensed with the chastisement of humiliation for that you waxed proud in the earth without right, and for your ungodliness. |
Shakir | And on the day when those who disbelieve shall be brought before the fire: You did away with your good things in your life of the world and you enjoyed them for a while, so today you shall be rewarded with the punishment of abasement because you were unjustly proud in the land and because you transgressed. |
Sarwar | We have advised the human being to be kind to his parents; his mother bore him with hardship and delivered him while suffering a great deal of pain. The period in which his mother bore and weaned him lasted for thirty months. When he grew-up to manhood and became forty years old, he then said, "Lord, inspire me to give You thanks for the bounties you have granted to me and my parents, and to act righteously to please You. Lord, make my offspring virtuous. Lord I turn to you in repentance; I am a Muslim". |
H/K/Saheeh | And the Day those who disbelieved are exposed to the Fire [it will be said], "You exhausted your pleasures during your worldly life and enjoyed them, so this Day you will be awarded the punishment of [extreme] humiliation because you were arrogant upon the earth without right and because you were defiantly disobedient." |
Malik | On that Day when the disbelievers will be brought before the fire, they will be told: "You squandered away your good things in your earthly life and you enjoyed them for a while. Today you shall be recompensed with a punishment of humiliation because you behaved with arrogance for which you had no right during your life on earth and because of the transgressions you committed."[20] |
Maulana Ali** | And on the day when those who disbelieve are brought before the Fire: You did away with your good things in your life of the world and you enjoyed them; so this day you are rewarded with the chastisement of abasement because you were unjustly proud in the land and because you transgressed. |

Khalifa** | The day will come when those who disbelieved will be introduced to the hellfire: "You have wasted the good chances given to you during your worldly life, and you rejoiced in them. Consequently, today you incur a shameful retribution as a requital for the arrogance you committed on earth without any basis, and for your evil works." |
Hilali/Khan** | On the Day when those who disbelieve (in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism) will be exposed to the Fire (it will be said): "You received your good things in the life of the world, and you took your pleasure therein. Now this Day you shall be recompensed with a torment of humiliation, because you were arrogant in the land without a right, and because you used to rebel and disobey (Allah). |
QXP Shabbir Ahemd** | And on the Day when the deniers are exposed to the Fire, it will be said, "You squandered the good things in the life of the world and only sought immediate comfort. Now this Day you are rewarded with a humiliating doom for your unjust pride, and because you drifted away from humanity. |

| Na sii ko alongan a kaphaganaga ko siran a miyamangongkir ko apoy (na tharoon kiran a:) :Inipos iyo so manga pipiya niyo ko kawyagoyag iyo sa doniya, go siyawitan iyo to; na sa alongan nai na imbadal rkano so siksa a kahinaan sabap ko kiyapanakabor iyo ko lopa sa di ontol, go sabap ko kiya panongklid iyo." |
Ahmed Raza Khan | اور ان پر ظلم نہ ہوگا، اور جس دن کافر آگ پر پیش کیے جائیں گے، ان سے فرمایا جائے گا تم اپنے حصہ کی پاک چیزیں اپنی دنیا ہی کی زندگی میں فنا کرچکے اور انہیں برت چکے تو آج تمہیں ذلت کا عذاب بدلہ دیا جائے گا سزا اس کی کہ تم زمین میں ناحق تکبر کرتے تھے اور سزا اس کی کہ حکم عدولی کرتے تھے |
Shabbir Ahmed | اور جس دن لا کھڑے کیے جائیں گے وہ لوگ جنہوں نے کفر کیا آگ پر۔ تو (ان سے کہا جائے گا) ختم کردی تم نے اپنے حصے کی نعمتیں اپنی دنیا کی زندگی میں ہی اور خوب لطف اٹھایا ان سے لہٰذا آج ہدلے میں دیا جائے گا تمہیں ذلت کا عذاب اس بنا پر کہ تم بڑے بن بیٹھے تھے زمین میں بغیر کسی حق کے اور اس وجہ سے کہ تم نافرمانیاں کیا کرتے تھے۔ |
Fateh Muhammad Jalandhary | اور جس دن کافر دوزخ کے سامنے کئے جائیں گے (تو کہا جائے گا کہ) تم اپنی دنیا کی زندگی میں لذتیں حاصل کرچکے اور ان سے متمتع ہوچکے سو آج تم کو ذلت کا عذاب ہے، (یہ) اس کی سزا (ہے) کہ تم زمین میں ناحق غرور کیا کرتے تھے۔ اور اس کی بدکرداری کرتے تھے |
Mehmood Al Hassan | اور جس دن لائے جائیں گے منکر آگ کے کنارہ پر ضائع کئے تم نے اپنے مزے دنیا کی زندگانی میں اور انکو برت چکے اب آج سزا پاؤ گے ذلت کا عذاب بدلا اس کا جو تم غرور کرتے تھے ملک میں ناحق اور اس کا جو تم نافرمانی کرتے تھے |
Abul Ala Maududi | پھر جب یہ کافر آگ کے سامنے لا کھڑے کیے جائیں گے تو ان سے کہا جائے گا: "تم اپنے حصے کی نعمتیں اپنی دنیا کی زندگی میں ختم کر چکے اور ان کا لطف تم نے اٹھا لیا، اب جو تکبر تم زمین میں کسی حق کے بغیر کرتے رہے اور جو نافرمانیاں تم نے کیں اُن کی پاداش میں آج تم کو ذلت کا عذاب دیا جائے گا" |
Ahmed Ali | اور جس دن کافر آگ کے روبرو لائے جائیں گے ان سے (کہا جائے گا) تم (اپنا حصہ) پاک چیزو ں میں سے اپنی دنیا کی زندگی میں لے چکے اور تم ان سے فائدہ اٹھا چکے پس آج تمہیں ذلت کا عذاب دیا جائے گا بدلے اس کے جو تم زمین میں ناحق اکڑا کرتے تھے اوربدلے اس کے جو تم نافرمانی کیاکرتے تھے |
