| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[45:31] | Waamma allatheena kafarooafalam takun ayatee tutla AAalaykum faistakbartumwakuntum qawman mujrimeena
|  وأما الذين كفروا أفلم تكن آياتي تتلى عليكم فاستكبرتم وكنتم قوما مجرمين
وَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا أَفَلَمْ تَكُنْ آيَاتِي تُتْلَى عَلَيْكُمْ فَاسْتَكْبَرْتُمْ وَكُنتُمْ قَوْمًا مُّجْرِمِينَ |
| Words | |وأما - But as for| الذين - those who| كفروا - disbelieved,| أفلم - "Then were not| تكن - "Then were not| آياتي - My Verses| تتلى - recited| عليكم - to you| فاستكبرتم - but you were proud| وكنتم - and you became| قوما - a people| مجرمين - criminals?"| |

| እነዚያም የካዱትማ (ለእነርሱ ይባላሉ) «አንቀጾቼ በእናንተ ላይ ይነበቡ አልነበሩምን? ኮራችሁም፡፡ ከሓዲዎች ሕዝቦችም ነበራችሁ፡፡» |
| آل الجلالين | { وأما الذين كفروا } فيقال لهم: { أفلم تكن آياتي } القرآن { تتلى عليكم فاستكبرتم } تكبرتم { وكنتم قوماً مجرمين } كافرين . |
| Wanag wid ijehlen: "day ur awen $ôan ara issekniyen iW? Tesme$wôem iman nnwen, tellam d agdud ibe$wviyen". |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আর যারা কুফর করেছে, তাদেরকে জিজ্ঞাসা করা হবে, তোমাদের কাছে কি আয়াতসমূহ পঠিত হত না? কিন্তু তোমরা অহংকার করছিলে এবং তোমরা ছিলে এক অপরাধী সম্প্রদায়। |
| Literal | And but those who disbelieved (were told): "Were not My evidences/verses being read/recited on (to) you, so you became arrogant, and you were a nation (of) criminals/sinners?"367 |
| Yusuf Ali | But as to those who rejected Allah, (to them will be said): "Were not Our Signs rehearsed to you? But ye were arrogant, and were a people given to sin! |
| Pickthal | And as for those who disbelieved (it will be said unto them): Were not Our revelations recited unto you? But ye were scornful and became a guilty folk. |

| Ahmed Raza Khan | اور جو کافر ہوئے ان سے فرمایا جائے گا، کیا نہ تھا کہ میری آیتیں تم پر پڑھی جاتی تھیں تو تم تکبر کرتے تھے اور تم مجرم لوگ تھے، |
