[42:17] | Allahu allathee anzala alkitababialhaqqi waalmeezani wamayudreeka laAAalla alssaAAata qareebun
|  الله الذي أنزل الكتاب بالحق والميزان وما يدريك لعل الساعة قريب
اللَّهُ الَّذِي أَنزَلَ الْكِتَابَ بِالْحَقِّ وَالْمِيزَانَ وَمَا يُدْرِيكَ لَعَلَّ السَّاعَةَ قَرِيبٌ |

| አላህ ያ መጽሐፉን በእውነት ያወረደ ነው፡፡ ሚዛንንም (እንደዚሁ)፡፡ ሰዓቲቱ ምንአልባት ቅርብ መኾንዋን ምን ያሳውቅሃል? |
| آل الجلالين | { الله الذي أنزل الكتاب } القرآن { بالحق } متعلق بأنزل { والميزان } العدل { وما يدريك } يعلمك { لعل الساعة } أي إتيانها { قريب } ولعل معلق للفعل عن العمل وما بعده سد مسد المفعولين . |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আল্লাহই সত্যসহ কিতাব ও ইনসাফের মানদন্ড নাযিল করেছেন। আপনি কি জানেন, সম্ভবতঃ কেয়ামত নিকটবর্তী। |
| Literal | God (is) who descended The Book with the truth , and the scale/measuring instrument , and what makes you know/informs you, maybe/perhaps the Hour/Resurrection (is) near/close. |
