1 [41:16] | Faarsalna AAalayhim reehan sarsaranfee ayyamin nahisatin linutheeqahumAAathaba alkhizyi fee alhayati alddunyawalaAAathabu al-akhirati akhza wahum layunsaroona
| فأرسلنا عليهم ريحا صرصرا في أيام نحسات لنذيقهم عذاب الخزي في الحياة الدنيا ولعذاب الآخرة أخزى وهم لا ينصرون فَأَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ رِيْحًا صَرْصَرًا فِي أَيَّامٍ نَّحِسَاتٍ لِّنُذِيقَهُمْ عَذَابَ الْخِزْيِ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَلَعَذَابُ الْآخِرَةِ أَخْزَى وَهُمْ لَا يُنصَرُونَ |
Words | |فأرسلنا - So We sent| عليهم - upon them| ريحا - a wind| صرصرا - furious| في - in| أيام - (the) days| نحسات - (of) misfortune,| لنذيقهم - that We may make them taste| عذاب - (the) punishment| الخزي - (of) disgrace| في - in| الحياة - the life| الدنيا - (of) the world.| ولعذاب - And surely, (the) punishment| الآخرة - (of) the Hereafter| أخزى - (is) more disgracing,| وهم - and they| لا - will not be helped.| ينصرون - will not be helped.| |

| በቅርቢቱ ሕይወት የውርደትን ቅጣት ልናቀምሳቸውም በእነርሱ ላይ የሚንሻሻን ብርቱ ነፋስ መናጢዎች በኾኑ ቀናት ውስጥ ላክንባቸው፡፡ የመጨረሻይቱም (ዓለም) ስቃይ በጣም አዋራጅ ነው፡፡ እነርሱም አይረዱም፡፡ |
آل الجلالين | { فأرسلنا عليهم ريحاً صرصراً } باردة شديدة الصوت بلا مطر { في أيام نحسات } بكسر الحاء وسكونها مشؤومات عليهم { لنذيقهم عذاب الخزي } الذل { في الحياة الدنيا ولعذاب الآخرة أخزى } أشد { وهم لا ينصرون } بمنعه عنهم . |
| Nuzen asen aûeôûaô, deg ussan imevyaôen, iwakken a Nessukk fellasen, aâaqeb imdelli di tmeddurt n ddunit. Aâaqeb n laxeôt, war ccekk, isdullu kteô. Ur asen ippili umâiwen. |
মুহিউদ্দীন খান | অতঃপর আমি তাদেরকে পার্থিব জীবনে লাঞ্ছনার আযাব আস্বাদন করানোর জন্যে তাদের উপর প্রেরণ করলাম ঝঞ্ঝাবায়ু বেশ কতিপয় অশুভ দিনে। আর পরকালের আযাব তো আরও লাঞ্ছনাকর এমতাবস্থায় যে, তারা সাহায্যপ্রাপ্ত হবে না। |
Literal | So We sent on (to) them a severely cold/roaring wind/breeze in unlucky/miserable days/times, to make them taste/experience the shame's/scandal's/disgrace's torture in the life the present/worldly life, and the end's (other life's) torture (E) (is) more shameful/scandalous/disgraceful, and they are not being given victory/aid. |
Yusuf Ali | So We sent against them a furious Wind through days of disaster, that We might give them a taste of a Penalty of humiliation in this life; but the Penalty of a Hereafter will be more humiliating still: and they will find no help. |
Pickthal | Therefor We let loose on them a raging wind in evil days, that We might make them taste the torment of disgrace in the life of the world. And verily the doom of the Hereafter will be more shameful, and they will not be helped. |
Arberry | Then We loosed against them a wind clamorous in days of ill fortune, that We might let them taste the chastisement of degradation in the present life; and the chastisement of the world to come is even more degrading, and they shall not be helped. |
Shakir | So We sent on them a furious wind in unlucky days, that We may make them taste the chastisement of abasement in this world's life; and certainly the chastisement of the hereafter is much more abasing, and they shall not be helped. |
