| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[4:156] | Wabikufrihim waqawlihim AAalamaryama buhtanan AAatheeman
|  وبكفرهم وقولهم على مريم بهتانا عظيما
وَبِكُفْرِهِمْ وَقَوْلِهِمْ عَلَى مَرْيَمَ بُهْتَانًا عَظِيمًا |
| Words | |وبكفرهم - And for their disbelief| وقولهم - and their saying| على - against| مريم - Maryam| بهتانا - a slander| عظيما - great.| |

| በመካዳቸውም በመርየም ላይ ከባድ ቅጥፈትን በመናገራቸውም ምክንያት (ረገምናቸው)፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { وبكفرهم } ثانيا بعيسى وكرر الباء للفصل بينه وبين ما عطف عليه { وقولهم على مريم بهتانا عظيما } حيث رموها بالزنا. |
| Ilmend n nnekô nnsen, u gren d, $ef Meryem, acehrir abarar; |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আর তাদের কুফরী এবং মরিয়মের প্রতি মহা অপবাদ আরোপ করার কারণে। |
| Literal | And with their disbelief, and their saying on Mary great falsehood/slander. |
| Yusuf Ali | That they rejected Faith; that they uttered against Mary a grave false charge; |
| Pickthal | And because of their disbelief and of their speaking against Mary a tremendous calumny; |
| Arberry | and for their unbelief, and their uttering against Mary a mighty calumny, |
