[4:149] | In tubdoo khayran aw tukhfoohu aw taAAfooAAan soo-in fa-inna Allaha kana AAafuwwan qadeeran
|  إن تبدوا خيرا أو تخفوه أو تعفوا عن سوء فإن الله كان عفوا قديرا
إِن تُبْدُواْ خَيْرًا أَوْ تُخْفُوهُ أَوْ تَعْفُواْ عَن سُوءٍ فَإِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ عَفُوًّا قَدِيرًا |
| Words | |إن - If| تبدوا - you disclose| خيرا - a good| أو - or| تخفوه - you conceal it| أو - or| تعفوا - pardon| عن - [of]| سوء - an evil,| فإن - then indeed,| الله - Allah| كان - is| عفوا - Oft-Pardoning,| قديرا - All-Powerful.| |

| ደግ ነገርን ብትገልጹ ወይም ብትደብቁት ወይም ከመጥፎ ነገር (ከበደል) ይቅርታ ብታደርጉ አላህ ይቅር ባይ ኃያል ነው፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { إن تبدوا } تظهروا { خيرا } من أعمال البر { أو تخفوه } تعملوه سرا { أو تعفوا عن سوء } ظلم { فإن الله كان عفّوا قديرا } . |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | তোমরা যদি কল্যাণ কর প্রকাশ্যভাবে কিংবা গোপনে অথবা যদি তোমরা আপরাধ ক্ষমা করে দাও, তবে জেনো, আল্লাহ নিজেও ক্ষমাকারী, মহাশক্তিশালী। |
| Literal | If you show goodness, or you hide it, or you forgive/pardon on bad/evil/harm, so that God was/is often forgiving/pardoning, capable/able. |
