| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[39:54] | Waaneeboo ila rabbikum waaslimoo lahumin qabli an ya/tiyakumu alAAathabu thumma la tunsaroona
|  وأنيبوا إلى ربكم وأسلموا له من قبل أن يأتيكم العذاب ثم لا تنصرون
وَأَنِيبُوا إِلَى رَبِّكُمْ وَأَسْلِمُوا لَهُ مِن قَبْلِ أَن يَأْتِيَكُمُ الْعَذَابُ ثُمَّ لَا تُنصَرُونَ |
| Words | |وأنيبوا - And turn| إلى - to| ربكم - your Lord| وأسلموا - and submit| له - to Him| من - before| قبل - before| أن - [that]| يأتيكم - comes to you| العذاب - the punishment;| ثم - then| لا - not| تنصرون - you will be helped.| |

| «ቅጣቱም ወደእናንተ ከመምጣቱና ከዚያም የማትርረዱ ከመኾናችሁ በፊት ወደ ጌታችሁ (በመጸጸት) ተመለሱ፡፡ ለእርሱም ታዘዙ፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { وأنيبوا } ارجعوا { إلى ربكم وأسلموا } أخلصوا العمل { له من قبل أن يأتيكم العذاب ثم لا تنصرون } بمنعه إن لم تتوبوا . |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | তোমরা তোমাদের পালনকর্তার অভিমূখী হও এবং তাঁর আজ্ঞাবহ হও তোমাদের কাছে আযাব আসার পূর্বে। এরপর তোমরা সাহায্যপ্রাপ্ত হবে না; |
| Literal | And repent/obey to your Lord, and submit/surrender to Him, from before that the torture comes to you, then you do not be given victory/aid. |
