| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[36:62] | Walaqad adalla minkum jibillankatheeran afalam takoonoo taAAqiloona
|  ولقد أضل منكم جبلا كثيرا أفلم تكونوا تعقلون
وَلَقَدْ أَضَلَّ مِنكُمْ جِبِلًّا كَثِيرًا أَفَلَمْ تَكُونُوا تَعْقِلُونَ |
| Words | |ولقد - And indeed,| أضل - he led astray| منكم - from you| جبلا - a multitude| كثيرا - great.| أفلم - Then did not| تكونوا - you| تعقلون - use reason?| |

| ከእናንተም ብዙን ፍጡር በእርግጥ አሳስቷል፡፡ የምታውቁም አልነበራችሁምን? |
| آل الجلالين | { ولقد أضل منكم جبلا } خلقا جمع جبيل كقديم، وفي قراءة بضم الباء { كثيرا أفلم تكونوا تعقلون } عداوته وإضلاله أو ما حل بهم من العذاب فتؤمنون، ويقال لهم في الآخرة . |
| Ni$ itlef ayen ur nferru, n imdanen segwen. Day tezgam ur tepmeyyizem ara? |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | শয়তান তোমাদের অনেক দলকে পথভ্রষ্ট করেছে। তবুও কি তোমরা বুঝনি? |
| Literal | And he (the devil) had (E) misguided many nations/creations from you, were you not being understanding/comprehending ? |
| Yusuf Ali | "But he did lead astray a great multitude of you. Did ye not, then, understand? |
| Pickthal | Yet he hath led astray of you a great multitude. Had ye then no sense? |
| Arberry | He led astray many a throng of you; did you not understand? |
| Shakir | And certainly he led astray numerous people from among you. What! could you not then understand? |
