| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[36:48] | Wayaqooloona mata hathaalwaAAdu in kuntum sadiqeena
|  ويقولون متى هذا الوعد إن كنتم صادقين
وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَى هَذَا الْوَعْدُ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ |
| Words | |ويقولون - And they say,| متى - "When (is)| هذا - this| الوعد - promise,| إن - if| كنتم - you are| صادقين - truthful?"| |

| «እውነተኞችም እንደኾናችሁ ይህ ቀጠሮ መቼ ነው?» ይላሉ፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { ويقولون متى هذا الوعد } بالبعث { إن كنتم صادقين } فيه . |
| La qqaôen: "melmi p lemâahda yagi, ma tessawalem tidep"? |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | তারা বলে, তোমরা সত্যবাদী হলে বল এই ওয়াদা কবে পূর্ণ হবে? |
| Literal | And they say: "When (is) that the promise, if you were truthful?" |
| Yusuf Ali | Further, they say, "When will this promise (come to pass), if what ye say is true?" |
