[30:48] | Allahu allathee yursilu alrriyahafatutheeru sahaban fayabsutuhu fee alssama-ikayfa yashao wayajAAaluhu kisafan fatara alwadqayakhruju min khilalihi fa-itha asaba bihiman yashao min AAibadihi itha humyastabshiroona
|  الله الذي يرسل الرياح فتثير سحابا فيبسطه في السماء كيف يشاء ويجعله كسفا فترى الودق يخرج من خلاله فإذا أصاب به من يشاء من عباده إذا هم يستبشرون
اللَّهُ الَّذِي يُرْسِلُ الرِّيَاحَ فَتُثِيرُ سَحَابًا فَيَبْسُطُهُ فِي السَّمَاءِ كَيْفَ يَشَاءُ وَيَجْعَلُهُ كِسَفًا فَتَرَى الْوَدْقَ يَخْرُجُ مِنْ خِلَالِهِ فَإِذَا أَصَابَ بِهِ مَن يَشَاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ إِذَا هُمْ يَسْتَبْشِرُونَ |
| Words | |الله - Allah| الذي - (is) the One Who| يرسل - sends| الرياح - the winds,| فتثير - so they raise| سحابا - (the) clouds,| فيبسطه - then He spreads them| في - in| السماء - the sky,| كيف - how| يشاء - He wills,| ويجعله - and He makes them| كسفا - fragments| فترى - so you see| الودق - the rain| يخرج - coming forth| من - from| خلاله - their midst.| فإذا - Then when| أصاب - He causes it to fall on| به - He causes it to fall on| من - whom| يشاء - He wills| من - of| عباده - His slaves,| إذا - behold!| هم - They| يستبشرون - rejoice.| |

| አላህ ያ ነፋሶችን የሚልክ ነው፡፡ ደመናንም ይቀሰቅሳሉ፡፡ በሰማይ ላይም እንደሚሻ ይዘረጋዋል፡፡ ቁርጥራጮችም ያደርገዋል፡፡ ዝናቡንም ከደመናው መካከል ሲወጣ ታያለህ፡፡ በእርሱም ከባሮቹ የሚሻውን በለየ ጊዜ ወዲያውኑ እነሱ ይደሰታሉ፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { الله الذي يرسل الرياح فتثير سحابا} تزعجه { فيبسطه في السماء كيف يشاء } من قلة وكثرة { ويجعله كسفا} بفتح السين وسكونها قطعا متفرقة { فترى الودق } المطر { يخرج من خلاله } أي وسطه { فإذا أصاب به } بالودق { من يشاء من عباده إذا هم يستبشرون } يفرحون بالمطر. |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | তিনি আল্লাহ, যিনি বায়ু প্রেরণ করেন, অতঃপর তা মেঘমালাকে সঞ্চারিত করে। অতঃপর তিনি মেঘমালাকে যেভাবে ইচ্ছা আকাশে ছড়িয়ে দেন এবং তাকে স্তরে স্তরে রাখেন। এরপর তুমি দেখতে পাও তার মধ্য থেকে নির্গত হয় বৃষ্টিধারা। তিনি তাঁর বান্দাদের মধ্যে যাদেরকে ইচ্ছা পৌঁছান; তখন তারা আনন্দিত হয়। |
| Literal | God is who sends the winds/breezes so it spreads/agitates clouds, so He spreads/extends it in the sky how He wills/wants, and He makes it pieces, so you see the rain appears/emerges from in between and around it, so when He struck with it whom He wills/wants from His worshippers/slaves , then they are announcing good news/cheerful . |
