بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

1 [30:36] | Waitha athaqna alnnasarahmatan farihoo biha wa-in tusibhumsayyi-atun bima qaddamat aydeehim itha hum yaqnatoona
| وإذا أذقنا الناس رحمة فرحوا بها وإن تصبهم سيئة بما قدمت أيديهم إذا هم يقنطون وَإِذَا أَذَقْنَا النَّاسَ رَحْمَةً فَرِحُوا بِهَا وَإِن تُصِبْهُمْ سَيِّئَةٌ بِمَا قَدَّمَتْ أَيْدِيهِمْ إِذَا هُمْ يَقْنَطُونَ |
Words | |وإذا - And when| أذقنا - We cause people to taste| الناس - We cause people to taste| رحمة - mercy,| فرحوا - they rejoice| بها - therein.| وإن - But if| تصبهم - afflicts them| سيئة - an evil| بما - for what| قدمت - have sent forth| أيديهم - their hands,| إذا - behold!| هم - They| يقنطون - despair.| |

| ሰዎችንም ችሮታን ባቀመስናቸው ገዜ በእርሷ ይደሰታሉ፡፡ እጆቻቸውም ባሳለፉት ምክንያት መከራ ብታገኛቸው ወዲያውኑ እነርሱ ተስፋ ይቆርጣሉ፡፡ |
آل الجلالين | { وإذا أذقنا الناس } كفار مكة وغيرهم { رحمة } نعمةً { فرحوا بها } فرح بطر { وإن تصبهم سيئة } شدة { بما قدمت أيديهم إذا هم يقنطون } ييأسون من الرحمة ومن شأن المؤمن أن يشكر عند النعمة ويرجو ربه عند الشدة. |
| Mi Nesêess aêunu i imdanen, ad ceôêen yis. Ma têuza ten tucmip, seg wayen id urwen ifassen nnsen, ad aysen. |
মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আর যখন আমি মানুষকে রহমতের স্বাদ আস্বাদন করাই, তারা তাতে আনন্দিত হয় এবং তাদের কৃতকর্মের ফলে যদি তাদেরকে কোন দুদর্শা পায়, তবে তারা হতাশ হয়ে পড়ে। |
Literal | And if We made the people taste/experience mercy, they became happy/delighted with it, and if a sin/crime (harm) hits/strikes them because (of) what their hands advanced/introduced , then they, they despair. |
Yusuf Ali | When We give men a taste of Mercy, they exult thereat: and when some evil afflicts them because of what their (own) hands have sent forth, behold, they are in despair! |
Pickthal | And when We cause mankind to taste of mercy they rejoice therein; but if an evil thing befall them as the consequence of their own deeds, lo! they are in despair! |
