[3:180] | Wala yahsabanna allatheenayabkhaloona bima atahummu Allahu minfadlihi huwa khayran lahum bal huwa sharrun lahum sayutawwaqoonama bakhiloo bihi yawma alqiyamati walillahimeerathu alssamawati waal-ardiwaAllahu bima taAAmaloona khabeerun
|  ولا يحسبن الذين يبخلون بما آتاهم الله من فضله هو خيرا لهم بل هو شر لهم سيطوقون ما بخلوا به يوم القيامة ولله ميراث السماوات والأرض والله بما تعملون خبير
وَلاَ يَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِينَ يَبْخَلُونَ بِمَا آتَاهُمُ اللّهُ مِن فَضْلِهِ هُوَ خَيْرًا لَّهُمْ بَلْ هُوَ شَرٌّ لَّهُمْ سَيُطَوَّقُونَ مَا بَخِلُواْ بِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَلِلّهِ مِيرَاثُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَاللّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرٌ |
| Words | |ولا - And (let) not| يحسبن - think| الذين - those who| يبخلون - withhold| بما - of what| آتاهم - (has) given them| الله - Allah| من - of| فضله - His Bounty| هو - (that) it| خيرا - (is) good| لهم - for them.| بل - Nay,| هو - it| شر - (is) bad| لهم - for them.| سيطوقون - Their necks will be encircled| ما - (with) what| بخلوا - they withheld| به - [with it]| يوم - (on the) Day| القيامة - (of) [the] Resurrection.| ولله - And for Allah| ميراث - (is the) heritage| السماوات - (of) the heavens| والأرض - and the earth.| والله - And Allah,| بما - with what| تعملون - you do,| خبير - (is) All-Aware.| |

| እነዚያም አላህ ከችሮታው በሰጣቸው ገንዘብ የሚነፍጉ እርሱ ለእነሱ ደግ አይምሰላቸው፡፡ ይልቁንም፤ እርሱ ለነሱ መጥፎ ነው፡፡ ያንን በርሱ የነፈጉበትን በትንሣኤ ቀን (እባብ ኾኖ) ይጠለቃሉ፡፡ የሰማያትና የምድርም ውርስ ለአላህ ብቻ ነው፡፡ አላህም በሚሠሩት ሁሉ ውስጥ ዐዋቂ ነው፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { ولايحسبن } بالياء والتاء { الذين يبخلون بما آتاهم الله من فضله } أي بزكاته { هو } أي بخلهم { خيرا لهم } مفعول ثان والضمير للفصل والأول بخلهم مقدرا قبل الوصول وقبل الضمير على التحتانية { بل هو شر لهم سيطوَّقون ما بخلوا به } أي بزكاته من المال { يوم القيامة } بأن يجعل حية في عنقه تنهشه كما ورد في الحديث { ولله ميراث السماوات والأرض } يرثهما بعد فناء أهلهما { والله بما تعلمون } بالتاء والياء { خبير } فيجازيكم به . |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আল্লাহ তাদেরকে নিজের অনুগ্রহে যা দান করেছেন তাতে যারা কৃপণতা করে এই কার্পন্য তাদের জন্য মঙ্গলকর হবে বলে তারা যেন ধারণা না করে। বরং এটা তাদের পক্ষে একান্তই ক্ষতিকর প্রতিপন্ন হবে। যাতে তারা কার্পন্য করে সে সমস্ত ধন-সম্পদকে কিয়ামতের দিন তাদের গলায় বেড়ী বানিয়ে পরানো হবে। আর আল্লাহ হচ্ছেন আসমান ও যমীনের পরম সত্ত্বাধিকারী। আর যা কিছু তোমরা কর; আল্লাহ সে সম্পর্কে জানেন। |
| Literal | And let not those who are stingy/miserly with what God gave them from His grace/blessing think/suppose it is good/better for them, but it is bad/evil for them, they will be encircled/surrounded (with) what they were stingy/miser with it (on) the Resurrection Day, and to God (are) the skies'/space's and the earth's/Planet Earth's inheritance , and God (is) with what you make/do, expert/experienced. |
| Yusuf Ali | And let not those who covetously withhold of the gifts which Allah Hath given them of His Grace, think that it is good for them: Nay, it will be the worse for them: soon shall the things which they covetously withheld be tied to their necks Like a twisted collar, on the Day of Judgment. To Allah belongs the heritage of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is well-acquainted with all that ye do. |
| Pickthal | And let not those who hoard up that which Allah hath bestowed upon them of His bounty think that it is better for them. Nay, it is worse for them. That which they hoard will be their collar on the Day of Resurrection. Allah's is the heritage of the heavens and the earth, and Allah is Informed of what ye do. |

| Sarwar | Those who are avaricious of the favors that God has given them should not think that this is good for them. Avarice is evil and whatever they are avaricious about will be tied to their necks on the Day of Judgment. To God belongs the heritage of the heavens and the earth. God is Well Aware of what you do. |
