| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[3:122] | Ith hammat ta-ifataniminkum an tafshala waAllahu waliyyuhumawaAAala Allahi falyatawakkali almu/minoona
|  إذ همت طائفتان منكم أن تفشلا والله وليهما وعلى الله فليتوكل المؤمنون
إِذْ هَمَّت طَّآئِفَتَانِ مِنكُمْ أَن تَفْشَلاَ وَاللّهُ وَلِيُّهُمَا وَعَلَى اللّهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ |
| Words | |إذ - When| همت - inclined| طائفتان - two parties| منكم - among you| أن - that| تفشلا - they lost heart,| والله - but Allah| وليهما - (was) their protector.| وعلى - And on| الله - Allah| فليتوكل - let put (their) trust| المؤمنون - the believers.| |

| ከእናንተ ሁለት ጭፍሮች አላህ ረዳታቸው ሲኾን ለመፍራት ባሰቡ ጊዜ (አስታውስ)፡፡ በአላህም ላይ ብቻ ምእምናኖች ይመኩ፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { إذا } بدل من إذ قبله { همت طائفتان منكم } بنو سلمة وبنو حارثة جناحا العسكر { أن تفشلا } تجبنا عن القتال وترجعا لما رجع عبد الله بن أبيّ المنافقُ وأصحابه وقال : عَلام نقتلُ أنفسنا وأولادنا وقال لأبي جابر السمي القائل له أنشدكم الله في نبيكم وأنفسكم لو نعلم قتالا لا تبعناكم فثبتهما الله ولم ينصرفا { والله وليهما } ناصرهما { وعلى الله فليتوكل المؤمنون } ليثقوا به دون غيره . |
| Mi qôib feclent snat n trebbuyaâ nnwen, u Öebbi d Bab nnsent. Iwata i yal lmumen, ad ippkel $ef Öebbi. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | যখন তোমাদের দুটি দল সাহস হারাবার উপক্রম হলো, অথচ আল্লাহ তাদের সাহায্যকারী ছিলেন, আর আল্লাহর উপরই ভরসা করা মুমিনদের উচিত। |
| Literal | When two groups from you started/began that they weaken and become cowardly (B) , and God (is) their (B)'s guardian and on God so should rely/depend the believers. |
| Yusuf Ali | Remember two of your parties Meditated cowardice; but Allah was their protector, and in Allah should the faithful (Ever) put their trust. |
