[29:33] | Walamma an jaat rusulunalootan see-a bihim wadaqa bihim tharAAan waqaloola takhaf wala tahzan inna munajjookawaahlaka illa imraataka kanat mina alghabireena
|  ولما أن جاءت رسلنا لوطا سيء بهم وضاق بهم ذرعا وقالوا لا تخف ولا تحزن إنا منجوك وأهلك إلا امرأتك كانت من الغابرين
وَلَمَّا أَن جَاءَتْ رُسُلُنَا لُوطًا سِيءَ بِهِمْ وَضَاقَ بِهِمْ ذَرْعًا وَقَالُوا لَا تَخَفْ وَلَا تَحْزَنْ إِنَّا مُنَجُّوكَ وَأَهْلَكَ إِلَّا امْرَأَتَكَ كَانَتْ مِنَ الْغَابِرِينَ |
| Words | |ولما - And when| أن - [that]| جاءت - came| رسلنا - Our messengers| لوطا - (to) Lut| سيء - he was distressed| بهم - for them,| وضاق - and felt straitened| بهم - for them| ذرعا - (and) uneasy.| وقالوا - And they said,| لا - "(Do) not| تخف - fear| ولا - and (do) not| تحزن - grieve.| إنا - Indeed, we| منجوك - (will) save you| وأهلك - and your family,| إلا - except| امرأتك - your wife.| كانت - She| من - (is) of| الغابرين - those who remain behind.| |

| መልክተኞቻችንም ሉጥን በመጡት ጊዜ በእነሱ ምክንያት አዘነ፡፡ በእነርሱም ልቡ ተጨነቀ፡፡ «አትፍራ፤ አትዘንም፡፡ እኛ አዳኞችህ ነን፡፡ ቤተሰቦችህንም፤ ሚስትህ ብቻ ስትቀር፡፡ እርሷ በጥፋቱ ውስጥ ከቀሪዎቹ ናት» አሉትም፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { ولما أن جاءت رسلنا لوطا سيء بهم } حزن بسببهم { وضاق بهم ذرعا } صدرا لأنهم حسان الوجوه في صورة أضياف فخاف عليهم قومه فأعلموه أنهم رسل ربه { وقالوا لا تخف ولا تحزن إنا منجُّوك } بالتشديد والتخفيف { وأهلك إلا امرأتك كانت من الغابرين } ونصب أهلك عطف على محل الكاف. |
| Mi usan imceggâen nne£, ar Luî, i$wbel ilmend nnsen, ur izmir a ten ifukk. Nnan as: "ur ppagwad, ur $webbel. Nekwni a k Naâteq, keçç d twacult ik, siwa tameîîut ik, ara yilin seg wid igwran. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | যখন আমার প্রেরিত ফেরেশতাগণ লূতের কাছে আগমন করল, তখন তাদের কারণে সে বিষন্ন হয়ে পড়ল এবং তার মন সংকীর্ণ হয়ে গেল। তারা বলল, ভয় করবেন না এবং দুঃখ করবেন না। আমরা আপনাকে ও আপনার পরিবারবর্গকে রক্ষা করবই আপনার স্ত্রী ব্যতীত, সে ধ্বংস প্রাপ্তদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত থাকবে। |
| Literal | And when that Our messengers came (to) Lot he felt bad/evil/harm with them, and he was impatient with them/unable to do or accomplish what ought to be done (became troubled), and they said: "Do not fear, and nor be sad/grievous, that we are saving/rescuing you and your family/people except your woman (wife) was from the remaining behind." |
| Yusuf Ali | And when Our Messengers came to Lut, he was grieved on their account, and felt himself powerless (to protect) them: but they said: "Fear thou not, nor grieve: we are (here) to save thee and thy following, except thy wife: she is of those who lag behind. |
