| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[29:25] | Waqala innama ittakhathtummin dooni Allahi awthanan mawaddata baynikum fee alhayatialddunya thumma yawma alqiyamati yakfurubaAAdukum bibaAAdin wayalAAanu baAAdukumbaAAdan wama-wakumu alnnaru wamalakum min nasireena
|  وقال إنما اتخذتم من دون الله أوثانا مودة بينكم في الحياة الدنيا ثم يوم القيامة يكفر بعضكم ببعض ويلعن بعضكم بعضا ومأواكم النار وما لكم من ناصرين
وَقَالَ إِنَّمَا اتَّخَذْتُم مِّن دُونِ اللَّهِ أَوْثَانًا مَّوَدَّةَ بَيْنِكُمْ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا ثُمَّ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يَكْفُرُ بَعْضُكُم بِبَعْضٍ وَيَلْعَنُ بَعْضُكُم بَعْضًا وَمَأْوَاكُمُ النَّارُ وَمَا لَكُم مِّن نَّاصِرِينَ |
| Words | |وقال - And he said,| إنما - "Only| اتخذتم - you have taken| من - besides| دون - besides| الله - Allah| أوثانا - idols| مودة - (out of) love| بينكم - among you| في - in| الحياة - the life| الدنيا - (of) the world.| ثم - Then| يوم - (on the) Day| القيامة - (of) the Resurrection| يكفر - you will deny| بعضكم - one another| ببعض - one another| ويلعن - and curse| بعضكم - one another,| بعضا - one another,| ومأواكم - and your abode| النار - (will be) the Fire| وما - and not| لكم - for you| من - any| ناصرين - helpers."| |

| (ኢብራሂም) አለም «ከአላህ ሌላ ጣዖታትን (አማልክት) የያዛችሁት በቅርቢቱ ሕይወት በመካከላችሁ ለመዋደድ ብቻ ነው፡፡ ከዚያም በትንሣኤ ቀን ከፊላቸሁ በከፊሉ ይክዳል፡፡ ከፊላችሁም ከፊሉን ይረግማል፡፡ መኖሪያችሁም እሳት ናት፡፡ ለእናንተም ከረዳቶች ምንም የላችሁም፡፡» |
| آل الجلالين | { وقال } إبراهيم {إنما اتخذتم من دون الله أوثانا} تعبدونها وما مصدرية { مودةُ بينكم } خبر إن، وعلى قراءة النصب مفعول له وما كافة المعنى تواددتم على عبادتها { في الحياة الدنيا ثم يوم القيامة يكفر بعضكم ببعض } يتبرأ القادة من الأتباع { ويلعن بعضكم بعضاً } يلعن الأتباع القادة { ومأواكم } مصيركم جميعاً { النار وما لكم من ناصرين } مانعين منها. |
| Inna: "teddmem kan tiâancuôin, war Öebbi. Temêemmalem di tmeddurt n ddunit, sinna, ass n tnekra, kra degwen ad nekôen wiyav, kra ad xzun wiyav. Axxam nnwen d times, ur awen illi usellak". |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | ইব্রাহীম বললেন, পার্থিব জীবনে তোমাদের পারস্পরিক ভালবাসা রক্ষার জন্যে তোমরা আল্লাহর পরিবর্তে প্রতিমাগুলোকে উপাস্যরূপে গ্রহণ করেছ। এরপর কেয়ামতের দিন তোমরা একে অপরকে অস্বীকার করবে এবং একে অপরকে লানত করবে। তোমাদের ঠিকানা জাহান্নাম এবং তোমাদের কোন সাহায্যকারী নেই। |
| Literal | And he said: "But/truly you took/received from other than God idols/idolized statues, love/affection/friendship between you in the life the present/worldly life, then (on) the Resurrection Day some of you disbelieves with some, and some of you curses/humiliates some, and your shelter/refuge (is) the fire, and (there are) none from victoriors/saviors for you." |
| Yusuf Ali | And he said: "For you, ye have taken (for worship) idols besides Allah, out of mutual love and regard between yourselves in this life; but on the Day of Judgment ye shall disown each other and curse each other: and your abode will be the Fire, and ye shall have none to help." |
| Pickthal | He said: Ye have chosen only idols instead of Allah. The love between you is only in the life of the world. Then on the Day of Resurrection ye will deny each other and curse each other, and your abode will be the Fire, and ye will have no helpers. |

| Sarwar | Abraham said, "You believe in idols besides God only out of worldly love, but on the Day of Judgment you will reject and condemn each other. Your dwelling will be fire and no one will help you." |

| Malik | After coming out from the fire safely, Abraham addressed them: "Today you have made idols, instead of Allah, a means of affection among yourselves, but remember, on the Day of Resurrection you shall disown and curse one another. | Na pitharo iyan a: "Aya bo dn a kinowa niyo a salakaw ko Allah na manga barahala, a pinggiginawa iyan o lt iyo sii ko kawyagoyag ko doniya; oriyan iyan na sii ko alongan a qiyamah na taplisn o sabaad rkano so sabaad, go ipaninta o sabaad rkano so sabaad; go darpa iyo so apoy, go da a bagian iyo a phamakatabang." |
