| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[27:6] | Wa-innaka latulaqqa alqur-anamin ladun hakeemin AAaleemin
|  وإنك لتلقى القرآن من لدن حكيم عليم
وَإِنَّكَ لَتُلَقَّى الْقُرْآنَ مِن لَّدُنْ حَكِيمٍ عَلِيمٍ |
| Words | |وإنك - And indeed, you| لتلقى - surely, receive| القرآن - the Quran| من - from [near]| لدن - from [near]| حكيم - the All-Wise,| عليم - the All-Knower.| |

| አንተም ቁርኣንን ጥበበኛና ዐዋቂ ከኾነው (ጌታህ) ዘንድ በእርግጥ ትስሰጣለህ፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { وإنك } خطاب للنبي { لتلقَّى القرآن } يُلقى عليك بشدة { من لدن } من عند { حكيم عليم } في ذلك. |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | এবং আপনাকে কোরআন প্রদত্ত হচ্ছে প্রজ্ঞাময়, জ্ঞানময় আল্লাহর কাছ থেকে। |
| Literal | And that you are made to receive/meet/find (E) the Koran from at (a) wise/judicious, knowledgeable. |
| Yusuf Ali | As to thee, the Qur'an is bestowed upon thee from the presence of one who is wise and all-knowing. |
