| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[26:139] | Fakaththaboohu faahlaknahuminna fee thalika laayatan wama kanaaktharuhum mu/mineena
|  فكذبوه فأهلكناهم إن في ذلك لآية وما كان أكثرهم مؤمنين
فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَهْلَكْنَاهُمْ إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَآيَةً وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ |
| Words | |فكذبوه - So they denied him,| فأهلكناهم - then We destroyed them.| إن - Indeed,| في - in| ذلك - that| لآية - surely, is a sign,| وما - but not| كان - are| أكثرهم - most of them| مؤمنين - believers.| |

| አስተባበሉትም፡፡ አጠፋናቸውም፡፡ በዚህም ውስጥ እርግጠኛ ግሳጼ አለበት፡፡ አብዛኞቻቸውም ምእመናን አልነበሩም፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { فكذبوه } بالعذاب { فأهلكناهم } في الدنيا بالريح { إن في ذلك لآية وما كان أكثرهم مؤمنين } . |
| Nekôen t. Nesqucc iten. Deg wayagi d assekni, war ccekk. Tegwti degsen, ur llin d lmumnin. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | অতএব, তারা তাঁকে মিথ্যাবাদী বলতে লাগল এবং আমি তাদেরকে নিপাত করে দিলাম। এতে অবশ্যই নিদর্শন আছে; কিন্তু তাদের অধিকাংশই বিশ্বাসী নয়। |
| Literal | So they denied him , so We made them die/destroyed them, that truly in that (is) an evidence/sign (E), and most of them were not believing. |
| Yusuf Ali | So they rejected him, and We destroyed them. Verily in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. |
