| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[22:51] | Waallatheena saAAaw fee ayatinamuAAajizeena ola-ika as-habu aljaheemi
|  والذين سعوا في آياتنا معاجزين أولئك أصحاب الجحيم
وَالَّذِينَ سَعَوْا فِي آيَاتِنَا مُعَاجِزِينَ أُوْلَئِكَ أَصْحَابُ الْجَحِيمِ |
| Words | |والذين - And those who| سعوا - strove| في - against| آياتنا - Our Verses,| معاجزين - (to) cause failure,| أولئك - those| أصحاب - (are the) companions| الجحيم - (of) the Hellfire.| |

| እነዚያም የሚያመልጡ መስሏቸው ተዓምራቶቻችንን በመንቀፍ የተጉ እነሱ የእሳት ጓዶች ናቸው፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { والذين سعوْا في آياتنا } القرآن بإبطالها { معجِّزين } من اتبع النبي أي ينسبونهم إلى العجز، ويثبطونهم عن الإيمان أو مقدرين عجزنا عنهم، وفي قراءة معاجزين: مسابقين لنا، أي يظنون أن يفوتونا بإنكارهم البعث والعقاب { أولئك أصحاب الجحيم } النار . |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | এবং যারা আমার আয়াতসমূহকে ব্যর্থ করার জন্যে চেষ্টা করে, তারাই দোযখের অধিবাসী। |
| Literal | And those who hurried/hastened disabling/frustrating in Our verses/evidences , those are the Hells' owners/company/friends. |
| Yusuf Ali | "But those who strive against Our Signs, to frustrate them,- they will be Companions of the Fire." |
| Pickthal | While those who strive to thwart Our revelations, such are rightful owners of the Fire. |
| Arberry | And those who strive against Our signs to void them -- they shall be the inhabitants of Hell. |
