بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

1 [21:95] | Waharamun AAalaqaryatin ahlaknaha annahum la yarjiAAoona
| وحرام على قرية أهلكناها أنهم لا يرجعون وَحَرَامٌ عَلَى قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَاهَا أَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ |
Words | |وحرام - And (there is) prohibition| على - upon| قرية - a city| أهلكناها - which We have destroyed,| أنهم - that they| لا - not| يرجعون - will return.| |

| ባጠፋናትም ከተማ ላይ እነሱ (ወደኛ) የማይመለሱ መኾናቸው እብለት ነው፤ (ይመለሳሉ)፡፡ |
آل الجلالين | { وحرام على قرية أهلكناها } أريد أهلها { أنهم لا } زائدة { يرجعون } أي ممتنع رجوعهم إلى الدنيا . |

মুহিউদ্দীন খান | যেসব জনপদকে আমি ধ্বংস করে দিয়েছি, তার অধিবাসীদের ফিরে না আসা অবধারিত। |
Literal | And forbidden on a village/urban city We made it die/destroyed it , that they do not return. |
Yusuf Ali | But there is a ban on any population which We have destroyed: that they shall not return, |
Pickthal | And there is a ban upon any community which We have destroyed: that they shall not return. |
