1 [21:3] | Lahiyatan quloobuhum waasarroo alnnajwaallatheena thalamoo hal hatha illabasharun mithlukum afata/toona alssihra waantum tubsiroona
| لاهية قلوبهم وأسروا النجوى الذين ظلموا هل هذا إلا بشر مثلكم أفتأتون السحر وأنتم تبصرون لَاهِيَةً قُلُوبُهُمْ وَأَسَرُّواْ النَّجْوَى الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ هَلْ هَذَا إِلَّا بَشَرٌ مِّثْلُكُمْ أَفَتَأْتُونَ السِّحْرَ وَأَنتُمْ تُبْصِرُونَ |
Words | |لاهية - Distracted| قلوبهم - their hearts.| وأسروا - And they conceal| النجوى - the private conversation,| الذين - those who| ظلموا - [they] wronged,| هل - "Is| هذا - this| إلا - except| بشر - a human being| مثلكم - like you?| أفتأتون - So would you approach| السحر - the magic| وأنتم - while you| تبصرون - see (it)?"| |

| ልቦቻቸው ዝንጉዎች ኾነው (የሚያዳምጡት ቢኾኑ እንጅ)፡፡ እነዚያም የበደሉት ሰዎች መንሾካሾክን ደበቁ፡፡ «ይህ ብጤያችሁ ሰው እንጅ ሌላ ነውን እናንተም የምታዩ ስትኾኑ ድግምትን ለመቀበል ትመጣላችሁን» (አሉ)፡፡ |
آل الجلالين | { لاهية } غافلة { قلوبهم } عن معناه { وأسَرُّوا النجوى } الكلام { الذين ظلموا } بدل من واو { وأسروا النجوى الذين ظلموا } { هلْ هذا } أي محمد { إلا بشر مثلكم } فما يأتي به سحر { أفتأتون السحر } تتبعونه { وأنتم تبصرون } تعلمون أنه سحر . |
| Ur d rzin wulawen nnsen. Ppemcawaôen wid idensen, s tuffra: "d acu t wagi, siwa amdan am kunwi? Day a pvefôem ssêur, kunwi tepwalim"? |
মুহিউদ্দীন খান | তাদের অন্তর থাকে খেলায় মত্ত। জালেমরা গোপনে পরামর্শ করে, সে তো তোমাদেরই মত একজন মানুষ; এমতাবস্থায় দেখে শুনে তোমরা তার যাদুর কবলে কেন পড়? |
Literal | Their hearts/minds are being distracted and they kept the confidential talk secret, those who caused injustice/oppression, is that except (a) human similar/equal to you? Do you do the magic/sorcery and you are seeing/understanding? |
Yusuf Ali | Their hearts toying as with trifles. The wrong-doers conceal their private counsels, (saying), "Is this (one) more than a man like yourselves? Will ye go to witchcraft with your eyes open?" |
Pickthal | With hearts preoccupied. And they confer in secret. The wrong-doers say: Is this other than a mortal like you? Will ye then succumb to magic when ye see (it)? |

Khalifa** | Their minds are heedless. And the transgressors confer secretly: "Is he not just a human being like you? Would you accept the magic that is presented to you?" |
