بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ

Faqoola lahu qawlan layyinanlaAAallahu yatathakkaru aw yakhsha فقولا له قولا لينا لعله يتذكر أو يخشى
فَقُولَا لَهُ قَوْلًا لَّيِّنًا لَّعَلَّهُ يَتَذَكَّرُ أَوْ يَخْشَى
 Words|فقولا - And speak| له - to him| قولا - a word| لينا - gentle,| لعله - perhaps he| يتذكر - may take heed| أو - or| يخشى - fear."|

«እርሱም ይገሰጽ ወይም ይፈራ ዘንድ፤ ለእርሱ ልዝብን ቃል ተናገሩት፡፡»
آل الجلالين{ فقولا له قولا لينا } في رجوعه عن ذلك { لعله يتذكر } يتعظ { أو يخشى } الله فيرجع والترجي بالنسبة إليهما لعلمه تعالى بأنه لا يرجع .
Mmeslayet as s wawal amelêan, amar a d immekti, ne$ ad iagwad.
মুহিউদ্দীন খানঅতঃপর তোমরা তাকে নম্র কথা বল, হয়তো সে চিন্তা-ভাবনা করবে অথবা ভীত হবে।
LiteralSo you (B) say to him a lenient/flexible saying/opinion and belief, maybe/perhaps he mentions/remembers, or fears.
Yusuf Ali"But speak to him mildly; perchance he may take warning or fear (Allah)."
PickthalAnd speak unto him a gentle word, that peradventure he may heed or fear.
Arberry yet speak gently to him, that haply he may be mindful, or perchance fear.'
