[2:94] | Qul in kanat lakumu alddarual-akhiratu AAinda Allahi khalisatanmin dooni alnnasi fatamannawoo almawta in kuntum sadiqeena
|  قل إن كانت لكم الدار الآخرة عند الله خالصة من دون الناس فتمنوا الموت إن كنتم صادقين
قُلْ إِنْ كَانَتْ لَكُمُ الدَّارُ الْآخِرَةُ عِنْدَ اللّهِ خَالِصَةً مِّنْ دُونِ النَّاسِ فَتَمَنَّوُاْ الْمَوْتَ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ |

| «የመጨረሻይቱ አገር (ገነት) አላህ ዘንድ ከሰው ሁሉ ሌላ የተለየች ስትኾን ለእናንተ ብቻ እንደኾነች እውነተኞች ከኾናችሁ ሞትን ተመኙ» በላቸው፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { قل } لهم { إن كانت لكم الدار الآخرة } أي الجنة { عند الله خالصة } خاصة { من دون الناس } كما زعمتم { فتمنوا الموت إن كنتم صادقين } تعلق بتمنوا الشرطان على أن الأول قيد في الثاني أي إن صدقتم في زعمكم أنها لكم ومن كانت له يؤثرها والموصل إليها الموت فتمنوه . |
| Ini: "maday, ar Öebbi, axxam aneggaru i kunwi kan, ur pkkan ara imdanen, mennit tameppant, ma tessawalem tidep"! |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | বলে দিন, যদি আখেরাতের বাসস্থান আল্লাহর কাছে একমাত্র তোমাদের জন্যই বরাদ্দ হয়ে থাকে-অন্য লোকদের বাদ দিয়ে, তবে মৃত্যু কামনা কর, যদি সত্যবাদী হয়ে থাক। |
| Literal | Say: "If the home (of) the last (other life) was for you, at God clearly/purely (exclusively) from other than the people, so wish/desire the death/lifelessness if you were truthful." |
