| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[2:76] | Wa-itha laqoo allatheena amanooqaloo amanna wa-itha khalabaAAduhum ila baAAdin qaloo atuhaddithoonahumbima fataha Allahu AAalaykum liyuhajjookumbihi AAinda rabbikum afala taAAqiloona
|  وإذا لقوا الذين آمنوا قالوا آمنا وإذا خلا بعضهم إلى بعض قالوا أتحدثونهم بما فتح الله عليكم ليحاجوكم به عند ربكم أفلا تعقلون
وَإِذَا لَقُواْ الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ قَالُواْ آمَنَّا وَإِذَا خَلاَ بَعْضُهُمْ إِلَى بَعْضٍ قَالُواْ أَتُحَدِّثُونَهُم بِمَا فَتَحَ اللّهُ عَلَيْكُمْ لِيُحَآجُّوكُم بِهِ عِنْدَ رَبِّكُمْ أَفَلاَ تَعْقِلُونَ |
| Words | |وإذا - And when| لقوا - they meet| الذين - those who| آمنوا - believe[d],| قالوا - they say,| آمنا - "We have believed."| وإذا - But when| خلا - meet in private| بعضهم - some of them| إلى - with| بعض - some (others),| قالوا - they say,| أتحدثونهم - "Do you tell them| بما - what| فتح - has| الله - Allah| عليكم - to you| ليحاجوكم - so that they argue with you| به - therewith| عند - before| ربكم - your Lord?| أفلا - Then do (you) not| تعقلون - understand?"| |

| እነዚያንም ያመኑትን ባገኙ ጊዜ «አምነናል» ይላሉ፡፡ ከፊላቸውም ወደ ከፊሉ ባገለለ «ጊዜ አላህ በናንተ ላይ በገለጸላቸሁ ነገር እጌታችሁ ዘንድ በርሱ እንዲከራከሩዋችሁ ትነግሩዋቸዋላችሁን? አታውቁምን?» ይላሉ፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { وإذا لقوا } أي منافقوا اليهود { الذين آمنوا قالوا آمنا } بأن محمداً نبي وهو المبشر به في كتابنا { وإذا خلا } رجع { بعضهم إلى بعض قالوا } أي رؤساؤهم الذين لم ينافقوا لمن نافق { أتحدثونهم } أي المؤمنين { بما فتح الله عليكم } أي عرَّفكم في التوراة من نعت محمد * { ليحاجوكم } ليخاصموكم واللامُ للصيرورة { به عند ربكم } في الآخرة ويقيموا عليكم الحجة في ترك اتِّباعه مع علمكم بصدقه { أفلا تعقلون } أنهم يحاجونكم إذا حدثتموهم فتنتهوا . |
| Mi mmugren wid iumnen, ad inin: "numen". Mi qqimen garasen, qqaôen: "day ad asen tinim ayen i wen Imla Öebbi, a kwen nna$en yis, ar Mass nnwen? Day ur tepmeyyizem ara"? |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | যখন তারা মুসলমানদের সাথে মিলিত হয়, তখন বলেঃ আমরা মুসলমান হয়েছি। আর যখন পরস্পরের সাথে নিভৃতে অবস্থান করে, তখন বলে, পালনকর্তা তোমাদের জন্যে যা প্রকাশ করেছেন, তা কি তাদের কাছে বলে দিচ্ছ? তাহলে যে তারা এ নিয়ে পালকর্তার সামনে তোমাদেরকে মিথ্যা প্রতিপন্ন করবে। তোমরা কি তা উপলব্ধি কর না? |
| Literal | And if they met those who believed, they said: "We believed." And if some of them (were) together to (with) some, they said: "Do you tell/inform them with what God taught on (to) you? To argue with you with it at your Lord." Do you not reason/understand ? |
| Yusuf Ali | Behold! when they meet the men of Faith, they say: "We believe": But when they meet each other in private, they say: "Shall you tell them what Allah hath revealed to you, that they may engage you in argument about it before your Lord?"- Do ye not understand (their aim)? |

They will present it as evidence to prove you wrong before your Lord. Do you not realize it?" |
