| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[2:70] | Qaloo odAAu lana rabbakayubayyin lana ma hiya inna albaqara tashabahaAAalayna wa-inna in shaa Allahulamuhtadoona
|  قالوا ادع لنا ربك يبين لنا ما هي إن البقر تشابه علينا وإنا إن شاء الله لمهتدون
قَالُواْ ادْعُ لَنَا رَبَّكَ يُبَيِّن لَّنَا مَا هِيَ إِنَّ البَقَرَ تَشَابَهَ عَلَيْنَا وَإِنَّآ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ لَمُهْتَدُونَ |
| Words | |قالوا - They said,| ادع - "Pray| لنا - for us| ربك - (to) your Lord| يبين - to make clear| لنا - to us| ما - what| هي - it (is).| إن - Indeed,| البقر - [the] cows| تشابه - look alike| علينا - to us.| وإنا - And indeed we,| إن - if| شاء - wills| الله - Allah,| لمهتدون - (will) surely be those who are guided."| |

| «ለኛ ጌታህን ጠይቅልን፤ እርሷ ምን እንደኾነች ይግለጽልን፤ ከብቶች በኛ ላይ ተመሳሰሉብን፡፡ እኛም አላህ የሻ እንደኾነ በእርግጥ ተመሪዎች ነን» አሉ፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | {قالوا ادع لنا ربك يبين لنا ما هي} أسائمة أم عاملة {إن البقر} أي جنسه المنعوت بما ذكر {تشابه علينا} لكثرته فلم نهتد إلى المقصودة {وإنا إن شاء الله لمهتدون} إليها وفي الحديث (لو لم يستثنوا لما بينت لهم لآخر الأبد). |
| Nnan: "nuj ar Mass ik, ad a$ d Ibeggen anta p. £uône$, s tidep, tistan ppemcabint. Ih, ma Ib$a Öebbi, a nepwanhu". |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | তারা বলল, আপনি প্রভুর কাছে প্রার্থনা করুন-তিনি বলে দিন যে, সেটা কিরূপ? কেননা, গরু আমাদের কাছে সাদৃশ্যশীল মনে হয়। ইনশাআল্লাহ এবার আমরা অবশ্যই পথপ্রাপ্ত হব। মূসা (আঃ) বললেন, তিনি বলেন যে, এ গাভী ভূকর্ষণ ও জল সেচনের শ্রমে অভ্যস্ত নয়-হবে নিষ্কলঙ্ক, নিখুঁত। |
