[2:49] | Wa-ith najjaynakum min alifirAAawna yasoomoonakum soo-a alAAathabi yuthabbihoonaabnaakum wayastahyoona nisaakum wafee thalikumbalaon min rabbikum AAatheemun
|  وإذ نجيناكم من آل فرعون يسومونكم سوء العذاب يذبحون أبناءكم ويستحيون نساءكم وفي ذلكم بلاء من ربكم عظيم
وَإِذْ نَجَّيْنَاكُمْ مِّنْ آلِ فِرْعَوْنَ يَسُومُونَكُمْ سُوْءَ الْعَذَابِ يُذَبِّحُونَ أَبْنَاءَكُمْ وَيَسْتَحْيُونَ نِسَاءَكُمْ وَفِي ذَلِكُم بَلاَءٌ مِّنْ رَّبِّكُمْ عَظِيمٌ |
| Words | |وإذ - And when| نجيناكم - We saved you| من - from| آل - (the) people| فرعون - (of) Firaun| يسومونكم - (who were) afflicting you (with)| سوء - horrible| العذاب - torment,| يذبحون - slaughtering| أبناءكم - your sons| ويستحيون - and letting live| نساءكم - your women.| وفي - And in| ذلكم - that| بلاء - (was) a trial| من - from| ربكم - your Lord| عظيم - great.| |

| ከፈርዖንም ቤተሰቦች (ከጎሶቹና ከሰራዊቱ) ብርቱን ቅጣት የሚያቀምሱዋችሁ ወንዶች ልጆቻችሁን የሚያርዱ ሴቶቻችሁንም የሚተው ሲኾኑ ባዳንናችሁ ጊዜ (የኾነውን አስታውሱ)፡፡ በዚሃችሁም ከጌታችሁ ታላቅ ፈተና አለበት፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { و } اذكروا { إذ نجيناكم } أي آباءكم، والخطاب به وبما بعده للموجودين في زمن نبينا بما أنعم الله على آبائهم تذكيراً لهم بنعمة الله تعالى ليؤمنوا { من آل فرعون يسومونكم } يذيقونكم { سوء العذاب } أشده والجملة حال من ضمير نجيناكم { يُذبّحون } بيان لما قبله { أبناءكم } المولودين { ويستحيون } يستبقون { نساءكم } لقول بعض الكهنة له إن مولوداً يولد في بني إسرائيل يكون سبباً لذهاب ملكك { وفي ذلكم } العذاب أو الإنجاء { بلاء } ابتلاء أو إنعام { من ربكم عظيمْ } . |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আর (স্মরণ কর) সে সময়ের কথা, যখন আমি তোমাদিগকে মুক্তিদান করেছি ফেরআউনের লোকদের কবল থেকে যারা তোমাদিগকে কঠিন শাস্তি দান করত; তোমাদের পুত্রসন্তানদেরকে জবাই করত এবং তোমাদের স্ত্রীদিগকে অব্যাহতি দিত। বস্তুতঃ তাতে পরীক্ষা ছিল তোমাদের পালনকর্তার পক্ষ থেকে, মহা পরীক্ষা। |
| Literal | And when/where We saved/rescued you, from Pharaoh's family, they burden/impose upon you (with) the torture's evil (worst), they slaughter your sons and they shame your women, and in that (is) a great test from your Lord. |
