|  شهر رمضان الذي أنزل فيه القرآن هدى للناس وبينات من الهدى والفرقان فمن شهد منكم الشهر فليصمه ومن كان مريضا أو على سفر فعدة من أيام أخر يريد الله بكم اليسر ولا يريد بكم العسر ولتكملوا العدة ولتكبروا الله على ما هداكم ولعلكم تشكرون
شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ الَّذِيْ أُنزِلَ فِيهِ الْقُرْآنُ هُدًى لِّلنَّاسِ وَبَيِّنَاتٍ مِّنَ الْهُدَى وَالْفُرْقَانِ فَمَن شَهِدَ مِنكُمُ الشَّهْرَ فَلْيَصُمْهُ وَمَن كَانَ مَرِيضًا أَوْ عَلَى سَفَرٍ فَعِدَّةٌ مِّنْ أَيَّامٍ أُخَرَ يُرِيدُ اللّهُ بِكُمُ الْيُسْرَ وَلاَ يُرِيدُ بِكُمُ الْعُسْرَ وَلِتُكْمِلُواْ الْعِدَّةَ وَلِتُكَبِّرُواْ اللّهَ عَلَى مَا هَدَاكُمْ وَلَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ |

| (እንድትጾሙ የተጻፈባችሁ) ያ በርሱ ውስጥ ለሰዎች መሪ ከቅን መንገድና (እውነትን ከውሸት) ከሚለዩም ገላጮች (አንቀጾች) ሲኾን ቁርኣን የተወረደበት የረመዳን ወር ነው፡፡ ከእናንተም ወሩን ያገኘ ሰው ይጹመው፡፡ በሽተኛ ወይም በጉዞ ላይ የኾነም ሰው ከሌሎች ቀኖች ቁጥሮችን (በልኩ) መጾም አለበት፡፡ አላህ በእናንተ ገሩን (ነገር) ይሻል፡፡ በእናንተም ችግሩን አይሻም፡፡ ቁጥሮችንም ልትሞሉ አላህንም ቅኑን መንገድ ስለመራችሁ ታከብሩትና ታመሰግኑት ዘንድ (ይህን ደነገግንላችሁ)፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | تلك الأيام { شهر رمضان الذي أنزل فيه القرآن } من اللوح المحفوظ إلى السماء الدنيا في ليلة القدر منه { هدى } حال هاديا من الضلالة { للناس وبينات } آيات واضحات { من الهدى } بما يهدي إلى الحق من الأحكام { و } من { الفرقان } مما يفرق بين الحق والباطل { فمن شهد } حضر { منكم الشهر فليصمه ومن كان مريضا أو على سفر فعدة من أيام أخر } تقدم مثله وكرر لئلا يتوهم نسخه بتعميم من شهد { يريد الله بكم اليسر ولا يريد بكم العسر } ولذا أباح لكم الفطر في المرض والسفر ولكون ذلك في معنى العلة أيضا للأمر بالصوم عطف عليه { ولتكملوا } بالتخفيف والتشديد { العدة } أي عدة صوم رمضان { ولتكبروا الله } عند إكمالها { على ما هداكم } أرشدكم لمعالم دينه { ولعلكم تشكرون } الله على ذلك . |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | রমযান মাসই হল সে মাস, যাতে নাযিল করা হয়েছে কোরআন, যা মানুষের জন্য হেদায়েত এবং সত্যপথ যাত্রীদের জন্য সুষ্পষ্ট পথ নির্দেশ আর ন্যায় ও অন্যায়ের মাঝে পার্থক্য বিধানকারী। কাজেই তোমাদের মধ্যে যে লোক এ মাসটি পাবে, সে এ মাসের রোযা রাখবে। আর যে লোক অসুস্থ কিংবা মুসাফির অবস্থায় থাকবে সে অন্য দিনে গণনা পূরণ করবে। আল্লাহ তোমাদের জন্য সহজ করতে চান; তোমাদের জন্য জটিলতা কামনা করেন না যাতে তোমরা গণনা পূরণ কর এবং তোমাদের হেদায়েত দান করার দরুন আল্লাহ তা’আলার মহত্ত্ব বর্ণনা কর, যাতে তোমরা কৃতজ্ঞতা স্বীকার কর। |
| Literal | (The) month (of) Ramadan , which the Koran was descended in it, (is) guidance to the people, and evidences from the guidance and the Separator of Right and Wrong/Koran , so who witnessed from you the month, so he should fast it (E) , and who was sick/diseased or on (a) journey/trip/voyage, so numbered/counted from other days. God wills/wants with you the ease/flexibility and does not want with you the difficulty/hardship , and to complete the term , and to greaten/magnify God on what He guided you, and maybe you thank/be grateful . |
| Yusuf Ali | Ramadhan is the (month) in which was sent down the Qur'an, as a guide to mankind, also clear (Signs) for guidance and judgment (Between right and wrong). So every one of you who is present (at his home) during that month should spend it in fasting, but if any one is ill, or on a journey, the prescribed period (Should be made up) by days later. Allah intends every facility for you; He does not want to put to difficulties.
