بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

1 [2:149] | Wamin haythu kharajta fawalliwajhaka shatra almasjidi alharami wa-innahulalhaqqu min rabbika wama Allahu bighafilinAAamma taAAmaloona
| ومن حيث خرجت فول وجهك شطر المسجد الحرام وإنه للحق من ربك وما الله بغافل عما تعملون وَمِنْ حَيْثُ خَرَجْتَ فَوَلِّ وَجْهَكَ شَطْرَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ وَإِنَّهُ لَلْحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّكَ وَمَا اللّهُ بِغَافِلٍ عَمَّا تَعْمَلُونَ |
Words | |ومن - And from| حيث - wherever| خرجت - you start forth,| فول - [so] turn| وجهك - your face| شطر - (in the) direction| المسجد - (of) Al-Masjid| الحرام - Al-Haraam.| وإنه - And indeed, it| للحق - (is) surely the truth| من - from| ربك - your Lord.| وما - And not| الله - (is) Allah| بغافل - unaware| عما - of what| تعملون - you do.| |

| ከየትም (ለጉዞ) ከወጣህበት ስፍራ ፊትሀን ወደ ተከበረው መስጊድ አግጣጫ አዙር፡፡ እርሱም ከጌታህ የኾነ እርግጠኛ እውነት ነው፡፡ አላህም ከምትሠሩት ሥራ ዘንጊ አይደለም፡፡ |
آل الجلالين | { ومن حيث خرجت } لسفر { فولِّ وجهك شطر المسجد الحرام وإنه للحق من ربك وما الله بغافل عما تعلمون } بالياء والتاء تقدم مثله وكرره لبيان تساوي حكم السفر وغيره. |
| Ansi d tusiv, ezzi udem ik ar Loamaâ n Lêaôam. Neppat, ih, d tidep s$uô Mass ik. Ur I$fil Öebbi $ef wayen txeddmem. |
মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আর যে স্থান থেকে তুমি বের হও, নিজের মুখ মসজিদে হারামের দিকে ফেরাও-নিঃসন্দেহে এটাই হলো তোমার পালনকর্তার পক্ষ থেকে নির্ধারিত বাস্তব সত্য। বস্তুতঃ তোমার পালনকর্তা তোমাদের কার্যকলাপ সম্পর্কে অনবহিত নন। |
Literal | And from where you got out so turn your face towards the Mosque the Forbidden/Sacred , and that it is the truth (E) from your Lord, and that God (is) not with ignoring/disregarding about what you are making/doing . |
Yusuf Ali | From whencesoever Thou startest forth, turn Thy face in the direction of the sacred Mosque; that is indeed the truth from the Lord. And Allah is not unmindful of what ye do. |
Pickthal | And whencesoever thou comest forth (for prayer, O Muhammad) turn thy face toward the Inviolable Place of Worship. Lo! it is the Truth from thy Lord. Allah is not unaware of what ye do. |
