بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

1 [2:140] | Am taqooloona inna ibraheema wa-ismaAAeelawa-ishaqa wayaAAqooba waal-asbata kanoohoodan aw nasara qul aantum aAAlamu ami Allahuwaman athlamu mimman katama shahadatanAAindahu mina Allahi wama Allahu bighafilinAAamma taAAmaloona
| أم تقولون إن إبراهيم وإسماعيل وإسحاق ويعقوب والأسباط كانوا هودا أو نصارى قل أأنتم أعلم أم الله ومن أظلم ممن كتم شهادة عنده من الله وما الله بغافل عما تعملون أَمْ تَقُولُونَ إِنَّ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَإِسْمَاعِيلَ وَإِسْحَـقَ وَيَعْقُوبَ وَالأَسْبَاطَ كَانُواْ هُودًا أَوْ نَصَارَى قُلْ أَأَنتُمْ أَعْلَمُ أَمِ اللّهُ وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّن كَتَمَ شَهَادَةً عِندَهُ مِنَ اللّهِ وَمَا اللّهُ بِغَافِلٍ عَمَّا تَعْمَلُونَ |
Words | |أم - Or| تقولون - (do) you say| إن - that| إبراهيم - Ibrahim| وإسماعيل - and Ishmael| وإسحاق - and Isaac| ويعقوب - and Yaqub| والأسباط - and the descendants| كانوا - were| هودا - Jews| أو - or| نصارى - Christians?"| قل - Say,| أأنتم - "Are you| أعلم - better knowing| أم - or| الله - (is) Allah?"| ومن - And who| أظلم - (is) more unjust| ممن - than (the one) who| كتم - concealed| شهادة - a testimony| عنده - (that) he has| من - from| الله - Allah?| وما - And not| الله - (is) Allah| بغافل - unaware| عما - of what| تعملون - you do.| |

| ወይም ኢብራሂም ኢስማዒልም ኢስሐቅም ያዕቁብም ነገዶቹም አይሁዶች ወይም ክርስቲያኖች ነበሩ ትላላችሁን? «እናንተ ታውቃላችሁን? ወይንስ አላህ?» በላቸው፡፡ እርሱም ዘንድ ከአላህ የኾነችን ምስክርነት ከደበቀ ሰው ይበልጥ በዳይ ማነው? አላህም ከምትሠሩት ሁሉ ዘንጊ አይደለም፡፡ |
آل الجلالين | { أم } بل { تقولون } بالتاء والياء { إنَّ إبراهيم وإسماعيل وإسحاق ويعقوب والأسباط كانوا هودا أو نصارى قل } لهم { أأنتم أعلم أم الله } أي الله أعلم وقد برأ منهما إبراهيم بقوله (ما كان إبراهيم يهوديا ولا نصرانيا) والمذكورون معه تبع له { ومن أظم ممن كتم } أخفى عن الناس { شهادة عنده } كائنة { من الله } أي لا أحد أظلم منه وهم اليهود كتموا شهادة الله في التوراة إبراهيم بالحنيفية { وما الله بغافل عما تعملون } تهديد لهم . |
| Ne$ a d tinim: "s tidep, Ibôahim, Ismaâil, Isêaq, Iaâqub, laâôac, llan d udayen, ne$ d imasiêiyen"? Ini: "Anwa i isnen sennig akw, d kunwi ne$ d Öebbi"? Anwa i idensen sennig win iffren ccada, i isâa s$uô Öebbi? Ur I$fil Öebbi $ef wayen txeddmem. |
মুহিউদ্দীন খান | অথবা তোমরা কি বলছ যে, নিশ্চয়ই ইব্রাহীম, ইসমাঈল, ইসহাক, ইয়াকুব (আঃ) ও তাদের সন্তানগন ইহুদী অথবা খ্রীষ্টান ছিলেন? আপনি বলে দিন, তোমরা বেশী জান, না আল্লাহ বেশী জানেন? |
Literal | Or (do) you say that Abraham, and Ishmael, and Issac, and Jacob, and the grandchildren/branches/Jewish tribes were Jews or Christians? Say: "Are you more knowing or God? And who (is) more unjust/oppressive than who hid/concealed a testimony at (with) him (self) from God, and God is not ignoring about what you make/do ." |
