| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[19:26] | Fakulee waishrabee waqarree AAaynanfa-imma tarayinna mina albashari ahadan faqooleeinnee nathartu lilrrahmani sawmanfalan okallima alyawma insiyyan
|  فكلي واشربي وقري عينا فإما ترين من البشر أحدا فقولي إني نذرت للرحمن صوما فلن أكلم اليوم إنسيا
فَكُلِي وَاشْرَبِي وَقَرِّي عَيْنًا فَإِمَّا تَرَيِنَّ مِنَ الْبَشَرِ أَحَدًا فَقُولِي إِنِّي نَذَرْتُ لِلرَّحْمَنِ صَوْمًا فَلَنْ أُكَلِّمَ الْيَوْمَ إِنسِيًّا |
| Words | |فكلي - So eat| واشربي - and drink| وقري - and cool| عينا - (your) eyes.| فإما - And if| ترين - you see| من - from| البشر - human being| أحدا - anyone| فقولي - then say,| إني - "Indeed, I| نذرت - [I] have vowed| للرحمن - to the Most Gracious| صوما - a fast,| فلن - so not| أكلم - I will speak| اليوم - today| إنسيا - (to any) human being."| |

| «ብይም፣ ጠጭም፣ ተደሰችም፡፡ እኔ ለአልረሕማን ዝምታን ተስያለሁ፤ ዛሬም ሰውን በፍጹም አላነጋግርም» በይ፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { فكلي } من الرطب { واشربي } من السري { وقري عينا } بالولد تمييز محول من الفاعل أي: لتقر عينك به أي: تسكن فلا تطمح إلى غيره { فإما } فيه إدغام نون إن الشرطية في ما الزائدة { ترين } حذفت منه لام الفعل وعينه وألقيت حركتها على الراء وكسرت ياء الضمير لالتقاء الساكنين { من البشر أحدا } فيسألك عن ولدك { فقولي إني نذرت للرحمن صوما } أي إمساكا عن الكلام في شأنه وغيره من الأناسي بدليل { فلن أكلم اليوم إنسا } أي: بعد ذلك . |
| Eçç, ssew, ssefôeê iéôi m. Ma twalav yiwen n umdan, ini as: nek, s tidep, uéame$ i Uênin, ur pmeslaye$, assa, i umdan". |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | যখন আহার কর, পান কর এবং চক্ষু শীতল কর। যদি মানুষের মধ্যে কাউকে তুমি দেখ, তবে বলে দিওঃ আমি আল্লাহর উদ্দেশে রোযা মানত করছি। সুতরাং আজ আমি কিছুতেই কোন মানুষের সাথে কথা বলব না। |
| Literal | So eat and drink and be delighted/satisfied eye(s) (delight your eyes), so when you see anyone from the human, so say: 'That I made a duty/vow (on myself) to the merciful, a fast , so I will not converse/speak the day/today (to) a human .' |
