| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[17:70] | Walaqad karramna banee adamawahamalnahum fee albarri waalbahriwarazaqnahum mina alttayyibati wafaddalnahumAAala katheerin mimman khalaqna tafdeelan
|  ولقد كرمنا بني آدم وحملناهم في البر والبحر ورزقناهم من الطيبات وفضلناهم على كثير ممن خلقنا تفضيلا
وَلَقَدْ كَرَّمْنَا بَنِي آدَمَ وَحَمَلْنَاهُمْ فِي الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ وَرَزَقْنَاهُم مِّنَ الطَّيِّبَاتِ وَفَضَّلْنَاهُمْ عَلَى كَثِيرٍ مِّمَّنْ خَلَقْنَا تَفْضِيلاً |
| Words | |ولقد - And certainly,| كرمنا - We have honored| بني - (the) children of Adam| آدم - (the) children of Adam| وحملناهم - and We carried them| في - on| البر - the land| والبحر - and the sea,| ورزقناهم - and We have provided them| من - of| الطيبات - the good things| وفضلناهم - and We preferred them| على - over| كثير - many| ممن - of those whom| خلقنا - We have created| تفضيلا - (with) preference.| |

| የአደምንም ልጆች በእርግጥ (ከሌላው ፍጡር) አከበርናቸው፡፡ በየብስና በባህርም አሳፈርናቸው፡፡ ከመልካሞችም (ሲሳዮች) ሰጠናቸው፡፡ ከፈጠርናቸውም ፍጡሮች በብዙዎቹ ላይ ማብለጥን አበለጥናቸው፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { ولقد كرمنا } فضلنا { بني آدم } بالعلم والنطق واعتدال الخلق وغير ذلك ومنه طهارتهم بعد الموت { وحملناهم في البر } على الدواب { والبحر } على السفن { ورزقناهم من الطيبات وفضلناهم على كثير ممن خلقنا } كالبهائم والوحوش { تفضيلاً } فمن بمعنى ما أو على بابها وتشمل الملائكة والمراد تفضيل الجنس، ولا يلزم تفضيل أفراده إذ هم أفضل من البشر غير الأنبياء . |
| Ni$ Nkeyyes tarwa n Adem. Nebbwi ten di lberr, di yill, N$at iten s wayen ilhan, Nesmenyaf iten, nezzeh, i waîas seg wid i Nexleq. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | নিশ্চয় আমি আদম সন্তানকে মর্যাদা দান করেছি, আমি তাদেরকে স্থলে ও জলে চলাচলের বাহন দান করেছি; তাদেরকে উত্তম জীবনোপকরণ প্রদান করেছি এবং তাদেরকে অনেক সৃষ্ট বস্তুর উপর শ্রেষ্ঠত্ব দান করেছি। |
| Literal | And We had honoured Adam's sons and daughters, and We carried/lifted them in the land/shore, and the sea/ocean , and We provided for them from the goodnesses , and We preferred/favoured them over many from whom We created preference/favour. |
