| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[15:21] | Wa-in min shay-in illa AAindanakhaza-inuhu wama nunazziluhu illa biqadarinmaAAloomin
|  وإن من شيء إلا عندنا خزائنه وما ننزله إلا بقدر معلوم
وَإِن مِّن شَيْءٍ إِلاَّ عِندَنَا خَزَائِنُهُ وَمَا نُنَزِّلُهُ إِلاَّ بِقَدَرٍ مَّعْلُومٍ |
| Words | |وإن - And not| من - (is) any| شيء - thing| إلا - but| عندنا - with Us| خزائنه - (are) its treasures,| وما - and not| ننزله - We send it down| إلا - except| بقدر - in a measure| معلوم - known.| |

| መካዚኖቹም (መክፈቻቸው) እኛ ዘንድ ያልሆነ ምንም ነገር የለም፡፡ በተወሰነም ልክ እንጂ አናወርደውም፡፡ |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আমার কাছে প্রত্যেক বস্তুর ভান্ডার রয়েছে। আমি নির্দিষ্ট পরিমানেই তা অবতরণ করি। |
| Literal | And that (there is not) from a thing, except at Us (is) its safes (treasures) , and We do not descent it except with (a) known measure/quantity . |
