| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[12:91] | Qaloo taAllahi laqad atharakaAllahu AAalayna wa-in kunna lakhati-eena
|  قالوا تالله لقد آثرك الله علينا وإن كنا لخاطئين
قَالُواْ تَاللّهِ لَقَدْ آثَرَكَ اللّهُ عَلَيْنَا وَإِن كُنَّا لَخَاطِئِينَ |
| Words | |قالوا - They said,| تالله - "By Allah,| لقد - certainly| آثرك - Allah has preferred you| الله - Allah has preferred you| علينا - over us| وإن - and indeed,| كنا - we have been| لخاطئين - sinners."| |

| «በአላህ እንምላለን፡፡ አላህ በኛ ላይ በእርግጥ አበለጠህ፡፡ እኛም በእርግጥ አጥፊዎች ነበርን» አሉ፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { قالوا تالله لقد آثرك } فضلك { الله علينا } بالملك وغيره { وإن } مخففة أي إنَّا { كنا لخاطئين } آثمين في أمرك فأذللناك . |
| Nnan: "s Öebbi ar k Ismenyaf Öebbi garane$. Nekwni, s tidep, neccev". |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | তারা বললঃ আল্লাহর কসম, আমাদের চাইতে আল্লাহ তোমাকে পছন্দ করেছেন এবং আমরা অবশ্যই অপরাধী ছিলাম। |
