| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[12:85] | Qaloo taAllahi taftaotathkuru yoosufa hatta takoona haradanaw takoona mina alhalikeena
|  قالوا تالله تفتأ تذكر يوسف حتى تكون حرضا أو تكون من الهالكين
قَالُواْ تَاللهِ تَفْتَأُ تَذْكُرُ يُوسُفَ حَتَّى تَكُونَ حَرَضًا أَوْ تَكُونَ مِنَ الْهَالِكِينَ |
| Words | |قالوا - They said,| تالله - "By Allah,| تفتأ - you will not cease| تذكر - remembering| يوسف - Yusuf| حتى - until| تكون - you become| حرضا - fatally ill| أو - or| تكون - become| من - of| الهالكين - those who perish."| |

| (እነርሱም) «በአላህ እንምላለን፡፡ ለጥፋት የቀረብክ እስከምትሆን ወይም ከጠፊዎቹ እስከምትሆን ድረስ ዩሱፍን ከማውሳት አትወገድም» አሉ፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { قالوا تالله } لا { تفتأ } تزال { تذكر يوسف حتى تكون حرضا } مشرفا على الهلاك لطول مرضك وهو مصدر يستوي فيه الواحد وغيره { أو تكون من الهالكين } الموتى . |
