بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

1 [12:81] | IrjiAAoo ila abeekum faqooloo yaabana inna ibnaka saraqa wama shahidnailla bima AAalimna wama kunnalilghaybi hafitheena
| ارجعوا إلى أبيكم فقولوا يا أبانا إن ابنك سرق وما شهدنا إلا بما علمنا وما كنا للغيب حافظين ارْجِعُواْ إِلَى أَبِيكُمْ فَقُولُواْ يَا أَبَانَا إِنَّ ابْنَكَ سَرَقَ وَمَا شَهِدْنَا إِلاَّ بِمَا عَلِمْنَا وَمَا كُنَّا لِلْغَيْبِ حَافِظِينَ |

| «ወደ አባታችሁ ተመለሱ በሉትም፡- አባታችን ሆይ! ልጅህ ሰረቀ፡፡ ባወቅነውም ነገር እንጂ አልመሰከርንም፡፡ ሩቁንም ነገር (ምስጢሩን) ዐዋቂዎች አልነበርንም፡፡ |
آل الجلالين | { ارجعوا إلى أبيكم فقولوا يا أبانا إن ابنك سرق وما شهدنا } عليه { إلا بما علمنا } تيقنَّا من مشاهدة الصاع في رحله { وما كنا للغيب } لما غاب عنا حين إعطاء الموثق { حافظين } ولو علمنا أنه يسرق لم نأخذه . |

মুহিউদ্দীন খান | তোমরা তোমাদের পিতার কাছে ফিরে যাও এবং বলঃ পিতা আপনার ছেলে চুরি করেছে। আমরা তাই বলে দিলাম, যা আমাদের জানা ছিল এবং অদৃশ্য বিষয়ের প্রতি আমাদের লক্ষ্য ছিল না। |
