| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[12:38] | WaittabaAAtu millata aba-eeibraheema wa-ishaqa wayaAAqooba ma kanalana an nushrika biAllahi min shay-in thalikamin fadli Allahi AAalayna waAAala alnnasiwalakinna akthara alnnasi layashkuroona
|  واتبعت ملة آبائي إبراهيم وإسحاق ويعقوب ما كان لنا أن نشرك بالله من شيء ذلك من فضل الله علينا وعلى الناس ولكن أكثر الناس لا يشكرون
وَاتَّبَعْتُ مِلَّةَ آبَآئِـي إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَإِسْحَقَ وَيَعْقُوبَ مَا كَانَ لَنَا أَن نُّشْرِكَ بِاللّهِ مِن شَيْءٍ ذَلِكَ مِن فَضْلِ اللّهِ عَلَيْنَا وَعَلَى النَّاسِ وَلَـكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لاَ يَشْكُرُونَ |
| Words | |واتبعت - And I follow| ملة - (the) religion| آبائي - (of) my forefathers,| إبراهيم - Ibrahim,| وإسحاق - and Isaac| ويعقوب - and Yaqub.| ما - Not| كان - was| لنا - for us| أن - that| نشرك - we associate| بالله - with Allah| من - any| شيء - thing.| ذلك - That| من - (is) from| فضل - (the) Grace| الله - (of) Allah| علينا - upon us,| وعلى - and upon| الناس - the mankind| ولكن - but| أكثر - most| الناس - (of) the men| لا - (are) not| يشكرون - grateful.| |

| «የአባቶቼንም የኢብራሂምንና የኢስሐቅን፣ የያዕቆብንም ሃይማኖት ተከትያለሁ፡፡ ለእኛ በአላህ ምንንም ማጋራት አይገባንም ያ (አለማጋራት) በእኛ ላይና በሰዎቹ ላይ የአላህ ችሮታ ነው፡፡ ግን አብዛኞቹ ሰዎች አያመሰግኑም፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { واتبعت ملة آبائي إبراهيم وإسحاق ويعقوب ما كان } ينبغي { لنا أن نشرك بالله من } زائدة { شيء } لعصمتنا { ذلك } التوحيد { من فضل الله علينا وعلى الناس ولكن أكثر الناس } وهم الكفار { لا يشكرون } الله فيشركون ثم صرح بدعائهما إلى الإيمان فقال . |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আমি আপন পিতৃপুরুষ ইব্রাহীম, ইসহাক ও ইয়াকুবের ধর্ম অনুসরণ করছি। আমাদের জন্য শোভা পায় না যে, কোন বস্তুকে আল্লাহর অংশীদার করি। এটা আমাদের প্রতি এবং অন্য সব লোকের প্রতি আল্লাহর অনুগ্রহ। কিন্ত অধিকাংশ লোক অনুগ্রহ স্বীকার করে না। |
| Literal | And I followed my father's/forefather's, Abraham's and Isaac's and Jacob's faith/religion, (it) was not for us that we share/make partners with God from a thing, that is from God's grace on us, and on the people, and but most of the people do not thank/be grateful. |
