1 [12:21] | Waqala allathee ishtarahumin misra liimraatihi akrimee mathwahu AAasaan yanfaAAana aw nattakhithahu waladan wakathalikamakkanna liyoosufa fee al-ardi walinuAAallimahu minta/weeli al-ahadeethi waAllahu ghalibunAAala amrihi walakinna akthara alnnasila yaAAlamoona
| وقال الذي اشتراه من مصر لامرأته أكرمي مثواه عسى أن ينفعنا أو نتخذه ولدا وكذلك مكنا ليوسف في الأرض ولنعلمه من تأويل الأحاديث والله غالب على أمره ولكن أكثر الناس لا يعلمون وَقَالَ الَّذِي اشْتَرَاهُ مِن مِّصْرَ لاِمْرَأَتِهِ أَكْرِمِي مَثْوَاهُ عَسَى أَن يَنفَعَنَا أَوْ نَتَّخِذَهُ وَلَدًا وَكَذَلِكَ مَكَّنَّا لِيُوسُفَ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلِنُعَلِّمَهُ مِن تَأْوِيلِ الْأَحَادِيثِ وَاللّهُ غَالِبٌ عَلَى أَمْرِهِ وَلَـكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لاَ يَعْلَمُونَ |
Words | |وقال - And said| الذي - the one who| اشتراه - bought him| من - of| مصر - Egypt| لامرأته - to his wife,| أكرمي - "Make comfortable| مثواه - his stay.| عسى - Perhaps| أن - that| ينفعنا - (he) will benefit us| أو - or| نتخذه - we will take him| ولدا - (as) a son."| وكذلك - And thus| مكنا - We established| ليوسف - Yusuf| في - in| الأرض - the land| ولنعلمه - that We might teach him| من - (the) interpretation of| تأويل - (the) interpretation of| الأحاديث - the events.| والله - And Allah| غالب - (is) Predominant| على - over| أمره - His affairs,| ولكن - but| أكثر - most| الناس - (of) the people| لا - (do) not| يعلمون - know.| |

| ያም ከምስር የገዛው ሰው ለሚስቱ «መኖሪያውን አክብሪ፡፡ ሊጠቅመን ወይም ልጅ አድርገን ልንይዘው ይከጀላልና» አላት፡፡ እንደዚሁም ለዩሱፍ (ገዥ ልናደርገውና) የሕልሞችንም ፍች ልናስተምረው በምድር ላይ አስመቸነው፡፡ አላህም በነገሩ ላይ አሸናፊ ነው፤ ግን አብዛኛዎቹ ሰዎች አያውቁም፡፡ |
آل الجلالين | { وقال الذي اشتراه من مصر } وهو قطفير العزيز { لامرأته } زليخا { أكرمي مثواه } مقامه عندنا { عسى أن ينفعنا أو نتخذه ولدا } وكان حصورا { وكذلك } كما نجيناه من القتل والجب وعطفنا عليه قلب العزيز { مكنَّا ليوسف في الأرض } أرض مصر حتى بلغ ما بلغ { ولنعلِّمه من تأويل الأحاديث } تعبير الرؤيا عطف على مقدر متعلق بمكنا أي لنملكه أو الواو زائدة { والله غالب على أمره } تعالى لا يعجزه شيء { ولكن أكثر الناس } وهم الكفار { لا يعلمون } ذلك . |
| Inna, i tmeîîut is, Umaûôi i t iu$en: "eôêeb yis, amar ad a$ infaâ, at nerr d mmit nne$". Akka ay Nesseqâad Yusef di tmurt, iwakken ad as Nesseêfev asefru n temsal. Öebbi d Amezwaru s lameô iS, maca tegwti n medden ur éôin ara. |
মুহিউদ্দীন খান | মিসরে যে ব্যক্তি তাকে ক্রয় করল, সে তার স্ত্রীকে বললঃ একে সম্মানে রাখ। সম্ভবতঃ সে আমাদের কাছে আসবে অথবা আমরা তাকে পুত্ররূপে গ্রহণ করে নেব। এমনিভাবে আমি ইউসুফকে এদেশে প্রতিষ্ঠিত করলাম এবং এ জন্যে যে তাকে বাক্যাদির পূর্ণ মর্ম অনুধাবনের পদ্ধতি বিষয়ে শিক্ষা দেই। আল্লাহ নিজ কাজে প্রবল থাকেন, কিন্তু অধিকাংশ লোক তা জানে না। |
Literal | And said who bought him from (the) city/border/region/Egypt to/for his woman (wife): "Be generous/kind (in) his home/residence , perhaps he benefits us, or we take him (as) a child (son)." And like that, We highly positioned/secured to Joseph in the earth/Planet Earth, and to teach/instruct him from interpreting/explaining the information/speeches , and God (is) defeater/conqueror on His order/command/matter/affair, and but most (of) the people do not know. |
Yusuf Ali | The man in Egypt who bought him, said to his wife: "Make his stay (among us) honourable: may be he will bring us much good, or we shall adopt him as a son." Thus did We establish Joseph in the land, that We might teach him the interpretation of stories (and events). And Allah hath full power and control over His affairs; but most among mankind know it not. |
Pickthal | And he of Egypt who purchased him said unto his wife: Receive him honourably. Perchance he may prove useful to us or we may adopt him as a son. Thus we established Joseph in the land that We might teach him the interpretation of events. And Allah was predominant in His career, but most of mankind know not. |

| Na pitharo o miyamasawn sa Misir ko karoma niyan a: "Phiyapiyaing ka so darpa iyan: Masikn a makanggay rkta a gona, odi na kowaan ta skaniyan a wata ta." Na giyaya man i kiyapakakhapaar Ami ko Yosof sii ko lopa (a Misir), go an Ami ron mindao so taawil o manga tothol. Na so Allah na Di-Kharn ko zowaan Iyan; na ogaid na so kadaklan ko manga manosiya na di iran katawan. |
