بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

1 [12:19] | Wajaat sayyaratun faarsaloo waridahumfaadla dalwahu qala ya bushra hathaghulamun waasarroohu bidaAAatan waAllahuAAaleemun bima yaAAmaloona
| وجاءت سيارة فأرسلوا واردهم فأدلى دلوه قال يا بشرى هذا غلام وأسروه بضاعة والله عليم بما يعملون وَجَاءَتْ سَيَّارَةٌ فَأَرْسَلُواْ وَارِدَهُمْ فَأَدْلَى دَلْوَهُ قَالَ يَا بُشْرَى هَـذَا غُلاَمٌ وَأَسَرُّوهُ بِضَاعَةً وَاللّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِمَا يَعْمَلُونَ |
Words | |وجاءت - And there came| سيارة - a caravan| فأرسلوا - and they sent| واردهم - their water drawer| فأدلى - then he let down| دلوه - his bucket.| قال - He said,| يا - O| بشرى - "O good news!| هذا - This| غلام - (is) a boy."| وأسروه - And they hid him| بضاعة - (as) a merchandise.| والله - And Allah| عليم - (is) All-Knower| بما - of what| يعملون - they do.| |

| መንገደኞችም መጡ፡፡ ውሃ ቀጂያቸውንም ላኩ፡፡ አኮሊውንም (ወደ ጉድጓዱ) ሰደደ «የምስራች! ይህ ወጣት ልጅ ነው» አለ፡፡ ሸቀጥ አድርገውም ደበቁት፡፡ አላህም የሚሠሩትን ሁሉ ዐዋቂ ነው፡፡ |
آل الجلالين | { وجاءت سيارة } مسافرون من مدين إلى مصر فنزلوا قريبا من جب يوسف { فأرسلوا واردهم } الذي يرد الماء ليستقي منه { فأدلى } أرسل { دلوه } في البئر فتعلق بها يوسف فأخرجه فلما رآه { قال يا بشراي } وفي قراءة بشرى ونداؤها مجاز أي احضري فهذا وقتك { هذا غلام } فعلم به إخوته فأتوه { وأسَرُّوه } أي أخفوا أمره جاعليه { بضاعة } بأن قالوا هذا عبدنا أبق، وسكت يوسف خوفا من أن يقتلوه { والله عليم بما يعملون } . |
| Usan d iminigen, uznen win id ippagwmen, issader ssvel is. Inna: "a lxiô, wagi d aqcic"! Ffren t, amzun d sselâa. Öebbi Iéôa acu xeddmen. |
মুহিউদ্দীন খান | এবং একটি কাফেলা এল। অতঃপর তাদের পানি সংগ্রাহককে প্রেরণ করল। সে বালতি ফেলল। বললঃ কি আনন্দের কথা। এ তো একটি কিশোর তারা তাকে পন্যদ্রব্য গণ্য করে গোপন করে ফেলল। আল্লাহ খুব জানেন যা কিছু তারা করেছিল। |
Literal | And a caravan came, so they sent their brave/tall (scout/waterboy), so he lowered/dropped his bucket/pail, he said: "Oh good news, that (is) a boy/slave ." And they kept him secret (as) goods/merchandise, and God (is) knowledgeable with what they make/do . |
Yusuf Ali | Then there came a caravan of travellers: they sent their water-carrier (for water), and he let down his bucket (into the well)...He said: "Ah there! Good news! Here is a (fine) young man!" So they concealed him as a treasure! But Allah knoweth well all that they do! |
Pickthal | And there came a caravan, and they sent their waterdrawer. He let down his pail (into the pit). He said: Good luck! Here is a youth. And they hid him as a treasure, and Allah was Aware of what they did. |
