| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[11:70] | Falamma raa aydiyahum latasilu ilayhi nakirahum waawjasa minhum kheefatan qaloola takhaf inna orsilna ila qawmi lootin
|  فلما رأى أيديهم لا تصل إليه نكرهم وأوجس منهم خيفة قالوا لا تخف إنا أرسلنا إلى قوم لوط
فَلَمَّا رَأَى أَيْدِيَهُمْ لاَ تَصِلُ إِلَيْهِ نَكِرَهُمْ وَأَوْجَسَ مِنْهُمْ خِيفَةً قَالُواْ لاَ تَخَفْ إِنَّا أُرْسِلْنَا إِلَى قَوْمِ لُوطٍ |
| Words | |فلما - But when| رأى - he saw| أيديهم - their hands| لا - not| تصل - reaching| إليه - to it,| نكرهم - he felt unfamiliar of them| وأوجس - and felt apprehension| منهم - from them| خيفة - [a fear].| قالوا - They said,| لا - "(Do) not| تخف - fear.| إنا - Indeed, we| أرسلنا - [we] have been sent| إلى - to| قوم - (the) people| لوط - (of) Lut."| |

| እጆቻቸውም ወደ እርሱ የማይደርሱ መኾነቸውን ባየ ጊዜ ሸሻቸው፡፡ ከነሱም ፍርሃት ተሰማው፡፡ «አትፍራ እኛ ወደ ሉጥ ሕዝቦች ተልከናልና» አሉት፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { فلما رأى أيديهم لا تصل إليه نكرهم } بمعنى أنكرهم { وأوجس } أضمر في نفسه { منهم خيفة } خوفا { قالوا لا تخف إنا أرسلنا إلى قوم لوط } لنهلكهم . |
| Mi iwala ifassen nnsen ur d ééilen ara $uôes, isêassef iten, iugad iten. Nnan: "ur ppagwad, nekwni neppuceggaâ ed ar ugdud n Luî". |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | কিন্তু যখন দেখলেন যে, আহার্য্যের দিকে তাদের হস্ত প্রসারিত হচ্ছে না, তখন তিনি সন্ধিগ্ধ হলেন এবং মনে মনে তাঁদের সম্পর্কে ভয় অনুভব করতে লাগলেন। তারা বলল-ভয় পাবেন না। আমরা লূতের কওমের প্রতি প্রেরিত হয়েছি। |
| Literal | So when he saw/understood their hands do not reach to it, he denied/did not recognize them , and he felt inner horror/fright fearfully/frightfully from them, they said: "Do not fear, that we, we were sent to Lot's nation." |
