بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

1 [11:10] | Wala-in athaqnahu naAAmaabaAAda darraa massat-hu layaqoolanna thahabaalssayyi-atu AAannee innahu lafarihunfakhoorun
| ولئن أذقناه نعماء بعد ضراء مسته ليقولن ذهب السيئات عني إنه لفرح فخور وَلَئِنْ أَذَقْنَاهُ نَعْمَاءَ بَعْدَ ضَرَّاءَ مَسَّتْهُ لَيَقُولَنَّ ذَهَبَ السَّيِّئَاتُ عَنِّي إِنَّهُ لَفَرِحٌ فَخُورٌ |
Words | |ولئن - But if| أذقناه - We give him a taste| نعماء - (of) favor| بعد - after| ضراء - hardship| مسته - (has) touched him,| ليقولن - surely, he will say,| ذهب - "Have gone| السيئات - the evils| عني - from me."| إنه - Indeed, he| لفرح - (is) exultant| فخور - (and) boastful.| |

| ካገኘችውም ችግር በኋላ ጸጋዎችን ብናቀምሰው «ችግሮች ከኔ ላይ በእርግጥ ተወገዱ» ይላል (አያመሰግንም)፡፡ እርሱ ተደሳች ጉረኛ ነውና፡፡ |
آل الجلالين | { ولئن أذقناه نعماءَ بعد ضرَّاء } فقر وشدة { مَسَّته ليقولون ذهب السيئات } المصائب { عني } ولم يتوقع زوالها ولا شكر عليها { إنه لفرح } بطر { فخور } على الناس بما أوتي . |
| Ma Nesêess as l$it, deffir twa$it i t innulen, atan ad yini: "fukkent felli lemêayen", d$a, neppa, ad ifôeê, ad izux. |
মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আর যদি তার উপর আপতিত দুঃখ কষ্টের পরে তাকে সুখভোগ করতে দেই, তবে সে বলতে থাকে যে, আমার অমঙ্গল দূর হয়ে গেছে, আর সে আনন্দে আত্নহারা হয়, অহঙ্কারে উদ্দত হয়ে পড়ে। |
Literal | And if (E) We made him taste/experience blessing/goodness after calamity/disastrous distress touched him, he will say (E): "The sins/crimes went away (were) eliminated/(were) wiped out from me." That he is happy/rejoiced/delighted proud/arrogant. |
Yusuf Ali | But if We give him a taste of (Our) favours after adversity hath touched him, he is sure to say, "All evil has departed from me:" Behold! he falls into exultation and pride. |
Pickthal | And if We cause him to taste grace after some misfortune that had befallen him, he saith: The ills have gone from me. Lo! he is exultant, boastful; |
