| 1 [4:90] | Illa allatheena yasiloonaila qawmin baynakum wabaynahum meethaqun aw jaookumhasirat sudooruhum an yuqatilookum awyuqatiloo qawmahum walaw shaa Allahu lasallatahumAAalaykum falaqatalookum fa-ini iAAtazalookum falam yuqatilookumwaalqaw ilaykumu alssalama fama jaAAala Allahulakum AAalayhim sabeelan |  إلا الذين يصلون إلى قوم بينكم وبينهم ميثاق أو جاءوكم حصرت صدورهم أن يقاتلوكم أو يقاتلوا قومهم ولو شاء الله لسلطهم عليكم فلقاتلوكم فإن اعتزلوكم فلم يقاتلوكم وألقوا إليكم السلم فما جعل الله لكم عليهم سبيلاإِلاَّ الَّذِينَ يَصِلُونَ إِلَى قَوْمٍ بَيْنَكُمْ وَبَيْنَهُم مِّيثَاقٌ أَوْ جَآؤُوكُمْ حَصِرَتْ صُدُورُهُمْ أَن يُقَاتِلُوكُمْ أَوْ يُقَاتِلُواْ قَوْمَهُمْ وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللّهُ لَسَلَّطَهُمْ عَلَيْكُمْ فَلَقَاتَلُوكُمْ فَإِنِ اعْتَزَلُوكُمْ فَلَمْ يُقَاتِلُوكُمْ وَأَلْقَوْاْ إِلَيْكُمُ السَّلَمَ فَمَا جَعَلَ اللّهُ لَكُمْ عَلَيْهِمْ سَبِيلاً | |||||
| Words | |إلا - Except| الذين - those who| يصلون - join| إلى - [to]| قوم - a group| بينكم - between you| وبينهم - and between them| ميثاق - (is) a treaty| أو - or| جاءوكم - those who come to you| حصرت - restraining| صدورهم - their hearts| أن - that| يقاتلوكم - they fight you| أو - or| يقاتلوا - they fight| قومهم - their people.| ولو - And if| شاء - (had) willed| الله - Allah,| لسلطهم - surely He (would have) given them power| عليكم - over you,| فلقاتلوكم - and surely they (would have) fought you.| فإن - So if| اعتزلوكم - they withdraw from you| فلم - and (do) not| يقاتلوكم - fight against you| وألقوا - and offer| إليكم - to you| السلم - [the] peace| فما - then not| جعل - (has) made| الله - Allah| لكم - for you| عليهم - against them| سبيلا - a way.| | ||||||
| 2 [13:21] | Waallatheena yasiloonama amara Allahu bihi an yoosala wayakhshawnarabbahum wayakhafoona soo-a alhisabi | والذين يصلون ما أمر الله به أن يوصل ويخشون ربهم ويخافون سوء الحساب وَالَّذِينَ يَصِلُونَ مَا أَمَرَ اللّهُ بِهِ أَن يُوصَلَ وَيَخْشَوْنَ رَبَّهُمْ وَيَخَافُونَ سُوءَ الْحِسَابِ | |||||
| Words | |والذين - And those who| يصلون - join| ما - what| أمر - (has been) commanded| الله - (by) Allah| به - [for it]| أن - to| يوصل - be joined,| ويخشون - and fear| ربهم - their Lord| ويخافون - and are afraid| سوء - (of) the evil| الحساب - the account,| | ||||||
| 3 [28:35] | Qala sanashuddu AAadudakabi-akheeka wanajAAalu lakuma sultanan falayasiloona ilaykuma bi-ayatinaantuma wamani ittabaAAakuma alghaliboona | قال سنشد عضدك بأخيك ونجعل لكما سلطانا فلا يصلون إليكما بآياتنا أنتما ومن اتبعكما الغالبون قَالَ سَنَشُدُّ عَضُدَكَ بِأَخِيكَ وَنَجْعَلُ لَكُمَا سُلْطَانًا فَلَا يَصِلُونَ إِلَيْكُمَا بِآيَاتِنَا أَنتُمَا وَمَنِ اتَّبَعَكُمَا الْغَالِبُونَ | |||||
| Words | |قال - He said,| سنشد - "We will strengthen| عضدك - your arm| بأخيك - through your brother| ونجعل - and We will make| لكما - for both of you| سلطانا - an authority,| فلا - so not| يصلون - they will reach| إليكما - to both of you.| بآياتنا - Through Our Signs| أنتما - you two| ومن - and (those) who| اتبعكما - follow you,| الغالبون - (will) be the dominant."| | ||||||
| 4 [33:56] | Inna Allaha wamala-ikatahu yusalloonaAAala alnnabiyyi ya ayyuha allatheenaamanoo salloo AAalayhi wasallimoo tasleeman | إن الله وملائكته يصلون على النبي يا أيها الذين آمنوا صلوا عليه وسلموا تسليما إِنَّ اللَّهَ وَمَلَائِكَتَهُ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا صَلُّوا عَلَيْهِ وَسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيمًا | |||||
| Words | |إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| وملائكته - and His Angels| يصلون - send blessings| على - upon| النبي - the Prophet.| يا - O| أيها - O you who believe!| الذين - O you who believe!| آمنوا - O you who believe!| صلوا - Send blessings| عليه - on him| وسلموا - and greet him| تسليما - (with) greetings.| | ||||||
